What could be better than having a wonderful breakfast on verrandah watching the mist clear from table mountain? Table Mountain lodge was the first stop on our holiday and instantly relaxed us for the rest of our trip. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Staff were fantastic....we had a problem with our air conditioning and we were immediately given an...

A good Cape Town location, with fantastic views of Table Mountain. Louise, the manager, was very helpful in organising sightseeing and recommending restaurants. (Millers Thumb - less than 10 minutes walk - was great). Seems to be a safe area, with good street parking. Very good breakfast and helpful staff. Only two slight criticisms - although it is a very...

From the moment I arrived, it felt like a home from home. I was in a room away from the main building and it was lovely, light always clean and good air conditioning. The owners and staff could not be more helpfull and friendly, from booking trips, giving advice and just the way they make you feel so welcome. The...

We had a fantastic stay at Table Mountain Lodge. The location is superb and Diane and Janna were fantastic hosts. The location is brilliant, being really close to the bustle of the city. The mountain, cape point and robbin island were amazing. We ate at a lot of restaurants but our asolute favourite was Beleza which is not a 100m...

10-19 October 2008 From the moment I walked into the Table Mountain Lodge, I felt totally at home! The owners, Dianne and Janna, are warm, communicative and interesting people. Their guest house is cosy, clean, and beautifully located. The photos on the website are totally accurate. The duty manager, Louise, was always helpful and always ready to assist. I especially...

My partner and I stayed at TML for the first 5 nights of our stay in Cape Town and we had a fantastic stay there. We arrived late on Thursday night and Janne showned us to our room (number 10) and made sure we were ok. The room was incredibly spacious, with a living room, kitchen and balcony and it...

Rather than staying in some sterile 5* hotel in Cape Town, we chose this delightful guesthouse as the start to our honeymoon. We arrived at 10am in the morning and were able to check in to our Classic room immediately, which was a joy considering we'd flown overnight from London. The room itself was full of character and huge. The...
