Rob and Neil were fantastic hosts and really enhanced our stay in Cape Town. Sea Point a bit of a quiet, but safe, area.

Villa Costa Rose seems to be the best location : it's located in Sea Point, very closed to the main places you can visit. Best beaches are at 5 minutes'drive or 30 min if you go by foot. The place is romantic, calm and very well-equiped. Rob and Neil, your hosts, offer a service of exception, are at anytime willing...

We enjoyed being back at Villa Costa Rose. Again an excellent stay. We arrived very late in the evening because of flight, no problem at all for Villa Costa Rose. We asked to do an online check in for our return flight, no problem at all, we were allowed to use their laptop to do so. Much appreciated, we will...

We extended a business trip to Cape Town with a week's stay in the Standard Queen room at Villa Costa Rose. We booked our accommodation at very late notice, but Neil and Rob managed to move a few things around to make room for us. That was the beginning of the great service we received... When we arrived, we were...

This small boutique hotel is in a great location. The owners Neil and Rob could not have been more personable and helpful. Loved the decorating motif and after our safari the bathroom shower was wonderful. Breakfast out on the pool patio area was nice. Some nites after a long day we would just grab a take away pizza from around...

A very warm welcome to an amazing city. Hosts are on hand for all kinds of advice, car rental, you name it, even before you get there to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Rooms are bright, clean and relaxing. Excellent value. We were in the smallest room, the Standard Queen, but didn't feel cramped at all...

The guesthouse is centrally located, within few steps from Main Street, where you can find shops and taxis / buses to go to city center or to the beach (Clifton). Neil and Rob are taking care without being too pushy. They have good suggestions what to visit and where to eat and they really made our stay in the villa...

A nice and clean place, we had the standard bedroom which is ok, but nothing special. Waterfront is a bit too far too walk. There were some other guests who couldn't keep quiet for hours while walking and talking in the hallway, this was very annoying. On the whole a nice place to stay. Garden is very nice and it...
