I didn't expect this hotel to be as great as it was based on how it looked from outside and the relatively cheap price we paid, but it was really fantastic. The service at reception was brilliant- I had made the booking 15 minutes before I arrived and everything was prepared when I got there. The room was clean, well...

secure parking, easy to find. Very modern and pleasantly furnished. No breakfast service. The only negative impression of the hotel equipment is the too small washing basin in the bathroom as well as the storage condition for toiletries.

I think it would be fair to say this is a serviced apartment and not a hotel. That said my friend and I were very happy with this because we liked the freedom that having a kitchenette gave us. We stayed in a luxury room which had a separate bedroom from the living space. It was well equipped and nicely...

Well located with restaurants and bars close by. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, quite, clean and the staff are very friendly. One of the greatest value for money hotels in Seapoint. Great place for couples to stay.

Location Hotel is located about 2 blocks from the main costal road in Sea point, a quieter area of Cape town en route to the nice beaches of Camps Bay & Clifton - of which are less than 5km away. You can walk to the beach road in less than 5 minutes & within area there is also some restaurants...

Unpleasant neighborhood. Very busy area. Self catering with no stove, or fridge ( only mini bar). Requested a freezer to store stuff, only a small portable one was available in the storeroom which didnt freeze, was more like a cooler. The bathroom was very small, the toilet was too close to the wall. Wash Basin not practical, couldnt even get...

Atlantic Affair is a very nice place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. It felt very safe and the room was very comfortable and clean. It was in easy walking distance to local restaurants but you will likely need to take a taxi to get to downtown.

Two night stay with friends in multiple rooms ver Easter weekend. Very happy with the atmosphere and size of rooms (bathroom is tiny but shower excellent) and bed. Welcome drink was a nice touch and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Would very much recommend this well placed small hotel. One note to those staying though.... Taxis...

A lovely small hotel in a very safe area, very close to the beach and public swimming pools and some very good restaurants, particularly La Mouette and a rocking Indian restaurant across the street from La Mouette. The staff including Alice and the two Natashas could not have been more helpful and charming. My room and bathroom was very nice...

Thank you very much for your top notch welcome. This hotel is so neat and very beautiful. The decoration is on point for both the rooms and reception or lounge. My holiday in Cape Town was so great as I had a beautiful room to look forward to after long days of shopping and adventure.
