This is advertised as a 5 star facility. This it is not. My room was large and comfortable but the finishes were cheap and the design is poor. Breakfast was average and we had one dinner which was good. There is a gym and pool but no business center. The noise level from the streets is disturbing even with the windows...

Great location just off Long St, perfect for meeting friends in the evening. Room and bathroom was beautiful with stunning views of Table Mountain. Other people have mentioned noise from Long street being a problem but I'm a very heavy sleeper so not an issue. Breakfast was great. Would of rated this hotel excellent but on the final day staff...

The noise from outside its too much an preventing from going to sleep and had disturbed nights. The insulation from outside is bad, and the music from bars near by make it too complicated to fall asleep.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and took their special occassion package. Room was lovely, dinner was fantastic. When we checked out, they offered us the beautiful bunch of roses that had been put in our room as part of the special. The massage at the spa was great. Overall wonderful experience.

First time to SA, this was a great destination hotel for us. Modern, well appointed, great food, attentive service, close to good street action, and not too for for a short trip to the wharf area. Would stay here again. We had room on the unique seventh floor which while quiet , was damn near impossible to get to, requiring...

I'm writing to recognize the 5 star service my family received at pepper club! Traveling with kids 5 and under, I wasn't sure we had made the right choice to book pepperclub due to it's name and location. However I was proven entirely wrong- the daytime and evening service at this hotel is impeccable . During breakfast on Friday morning,...

The hotel itself was very clean and modern and the staff helpful. Our room was large with a great view. There was also free parking. Breakfast wasn't included and we ordered it one day as we were leaving early and it was more expensive than our usual evening meal. The location wasn't great for sightseeing as we ended up getting...
