Central and strategically located nice and cosy guesthouse. Very close to V&A waterfront and table mountain. Accommodation a classy one with nice areas around to relax. We stayed at the Underberg guesthouse from April 25-30 2015 and could not have chosen a better place. The owners did everything to make us comfortable and informed us of sightseeing, restaurants etc. Very nice breakfast in beautiful restored mansion. Thanks Anne and Bruce!

The Underberg Guest House is certainly one of the best guesthouses we ever stayed in. It's beautiful, neat and clean and decorated with class. Excellent location and security. Anne, the hostess is very friendly and informative and the breakfast is great! I wish we could have spend more time there. Will definitely visit again.

We arrived, after a long drive, and managed to get a puncture two streets away. Bruce could not have been more helpful, calm and reassuring changing the tyre so that we could get the car to the Underberg and settle in. The location was ideal, quite but very close to the city for restuarants.The guest house is about 10 to 15 minute walk to the the Hop off hop on bus stops and about 45 minute fast walk to the Waterfront.
