The Cape Grace is one of the very best hotels we have ever stayed in. It truly was a home from home and every member of staff seemed to go out of their way to make our stay a delight. The room was superb, very roomy, fully equipped and very comfortable. The food and drink were great, but it was...

Apart from the perfect location and a great view of the marina bay and table mountain, I find the cape grace great to have business meetings. It's quiet, private and their coffee is great, always a bonus. I would however to love see more power plugs to charge laptops in the lobby area

This hotel is exactly what you would expect from a 5* hotel. The level of service was exceptional . We arrived without luggage which had been left behind in Dubai and the staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel is furnished with beautiful antiques and has a very calm and sophisticated atmosphere. There is one main dining room...

We loved Cape Grace. It was in a brilliant location, great room, fantastic staff, good food. It was a great place to stay in Cape Town. Our room had a fabulous view of Table Mountain. The free limo that they offer to ferry you around is a great idea.

We began with 5 nights at the magnificent and luxurious Cape Grace Hotel on the V&A Waterfront where we were given a lovely welcome by one of the many very friendly and helpful receptionists, Cemone, who knew who we were and throughout our stay all the staff addressed us by name. I cannot praise the personnel highly enough. Our luxury...

Hotel was great and staff was excellent and very professional. We arrived at Cape Grace after departing from The One & Only (just up the street) and were not as impressed with either the room or dated decor of the Cale Grace. It is a lovely property with positively more tradition than the more modern O&O although not as impressive...

Stunning escape . Beautiful hotel, great service.. Comfortable rooms. But request room in middle overlooking mountain NOT an end room as view is obscured.. fantastic position walking distance to the great waterfront shopping and entertainment district. Museums, historical Robben Island port and ferry on doorstep. Perfect base to explore the beautiful city.

Having travelled extensively, we still consider The Cape Grace the best hotel in the world, and our home from home (we have stayed 14 times!). What makes this hotel so special is the staff - without exception, they are friendly, gracious and personally interested in their guests. Perhaps it is because we have been so often, but we are always...

This is a dream hotel and a place that never lets you down. Loved to be back after a few years and can not wait to go back again. Beautiful rooms and the best setting in Cape Town. Friendly and helpful staff. First class restaurant. Loved to sit in the jacuzzi a look at the Table Mountain !
