One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Spacious rooms with all the amenities expected. The view for breakfast is truly stunning, with either the bay or table mountain to look at. The breakfast is very good with attentive staff. It would be fair to say we enjoyed Cape Town even more because of this hotel.

We booked a sea-view room through our UK South Africa travel expert and paid the additional fee fro what we expected to be a luxurious experience. On arrival, the check-in reception desk clear was anything but professional. "Hi guys, what's your name." (lack of respect)He then assigned us a back room ground floor room next to the outside bar and...

Wonderful hotel, clean, fresh and great rooms. We had a two bedroom suite for 4 adults and it worked beautifully. Had a small kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a very large sitting / dinning room, and study. A wrap around balcony over looking the ocean. Great location 20 minute walk along the sea front, to the waterfront. The hotel also...

This is a very convenient location, and easy walking distance from the Waterfront. The rooms are clean and comfortable and ours, a business room, had a good view across the harbour. The breakfast was perfectly good and there were always plenty of staff around to help. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Allowing us a late checkout really made the holiday.

This is my second visit, as usual staff, service etc was excellent. It's worth eating in the hotel resurant. As the food is awesome. Just one thing puts me off and I'm sure their is anything they can do about it. The hotel is overwhelmed by birds, they are in the resturant and even in the pool. I didn't notice...

Arrived at the hotel after a busy conference at Arabella Hermanus. I was offered a standard room which had no view to speak of. I asked for a business room and was given a sea facing room. Now this room had a view! It was splendid, well furnished and modern. The rooms on the other side face Table mountain. A lavish...

The location of this hotel is what drives up the price. Smack bang on the ocean with beautiful views of the Coast line. A nice infinity pool and a way to crowded little area where the Europeans ( like me ) soak up and take up every sun lounger which may be available. The area is too small to accommodate...

We stayed here for three nights a part of our SA tour and it was very pleasant , we had a business class sea view room which was large and airy. Bed was very comfortable, a nice balcony was unusable as the guest below was smoking a cigar all the time but that's not the hotels fault. Walking distance of...
