Loved this hotel, friendly staff, good room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and best of all, location, location, location! Right on the waterfront, makes it easy, and safe to go for dinner and drinks at night without worrying about how to get back. Looking forward to going back.

Stayed in the V&A Hotel about 3 weeks ago on a vacation trip to Cape Town. It is right in the middle of Cape Town's touristy area - the location is pretty much perfect. Close to taxis, close to shops, excellent restaurants and magnificent views. The rooms are great. Some rooms are huge but the the rooms in the roof...

Expensive hotel. But not all rooms have good views, unlike what the website suggests. Cooked breakfast took so long that our driver for the tour of the Cape arrived and had to leave without even getting a cup of tea. Maid came early evening whilst we were resting and so asked her to come back. She did not return. Not...

We must leave this well-situated, secure and beautiful hotel tomorrow. Oyo breakfast buffet or late night cocktail is perfect. We had sound guidance at the travel desk for a lunch in Camps Bay and our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. Giving you al at ten!
