The Three Boutique Hotel is located a bit away from the main action in Cape Town, in the Oranjezicht area. The views are just to die for. The property is quite beautiful and the building has quite a bit of history. There is a small but nice very warm pool (about 15 feet by 6 feet) in the front of...

We had an absolutely lovely stay in Cape Town at the Three Boutique Hotel. It was recommended to us by a South African travel agent, and we were so pleased. We stayed for 5 nights, and felt completely comfortable there in all respects. Pros: Cozy, cute, clean room and bed, loved the shower. Absolutely lovely and delicious breakfast each morning....

After a very long journey to Cape Town the hotel was easy to get to in a taxi from the airport and we were welcomed by Dominque who kindly showed us our room and the facilities. The room was large with a super king size bed, tastefully decorated, with wifi, tele, fridge, safe, hair dryer and bath robes. I love...

This place is just right- small and perfectly formed. You can tell that the owners have spent years in the cruise industry which focuses on customer service. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with large ensuite bathrooms with a bath and a walk in shower. Gone are the traditionally small complimentary bottles of shampoo, etc to be replaced by full...

A hidden gem on a residential side street. Very friendly at check in. Got a nice spacious room. The rooms are all different due to villa design (hotel was a villa). Down side is lack of elevator for luggage. Anyhow, room was big and spacious and bathroom was enormous, newly renovated in modern décor, which I love. Toiletry was great....

Lovely staff who organise everything and a big shout out to Isaac the on site driver who makes getting every where easy peasy if you want a drink! Safe with electric gates and a good standard. A cross between a guest house and a hotel. Good value and perfect for three or four nights. Try and get a court yard...

I really enjoyed staying here. The view from the rooftop deck is worth the price of admission alone. The rooms are modern and clean, the service friendly from staff, and the food and wine was excellent. I really enjoyed the breakfasts and the cash bar for drinks in the evening. Secure parking was an extra bonus.

Lovely renovated old town house with rooms looking out on colonnaded walkways. The 3 is located north of the centre and so its very well located for table mountain, the road over to camps bay, signal hill etc. Bit more of a trek to the Waterfront but the hotel has a very helpful gentleman with a mini van to take...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Old and new meet in perfect harmony at The Three Boutique Hotel, with the conversion of this beautiful National Monument building into a stylish and affordable 18 bedroom boutique hotel in the heart of Cape Town. Owned and run by Justin & Natalia Pearson and their close friends Alun & Julie Jones, the service stands out as being exceptional, from the first email, to collection at the airport and looking after you during your Cape Town holiday or business trip. Steeped in hospitality from years of working on cruise ships, Justin and Natalia embody the perfect hosts. The Three Boutique Hotel fills the gap between a too-homely guest house and an impersonal hotel. It's exactly the right balance of chic surroundings, 4-star facilities and friendly service. The Three is modern and sophisticated Cape Town hotel accommodation with an historic heart in a trendy part of Cape Town. It offers free WiFi throughout, air conditioning, spacious bedrooms with flat screen TVs and en-suite bathrooms. A columned terrace tiled in traditional black and white wraps around the house leading to the designer swimming pool and outdoor lounge. The rooftop deck adds another dimension for sunbathing and sunset drinks, with unparalleled views of Cape Town's three iconic mountains: Table Mountain, Lions Head and Devil's Peak, after which The Three is named. Cape Town International Airport is just 17km away and our airport shuttle can be booked to collect you or drop you off. The hotel shuttle is also available throughout the day for personalized tours as well as in the evenings to take you to and from restaurants. Many of Cape Town's top tourist sights are within walking distance and The Gardens shopping center is just a 3 minute walk. ... more   less
