Most of my ratings are middle (3) because we didn't actually stay. As discussed with manager Tanya, we hadn't appreciated that the hotel is on the first floor. We had checked and were advised that there were some steps but not that there is a steep, two-stage stair case before one even reaches reception! It would be helpful to make...

Hi Andrew As you mention, you did indeed not stay at the hotel, and I was, therefore, surprised that you would review it. Unfortunately, you did not have the opportunity to experience Long Street Hotel in its entirety. I am sorry that you were surprised by the extent of the stairs, and we shall post additional pictures of these onto...

Of course will there be street noise when you are in the lively centre of town, but overall I had great fun in this accommodation. Great service, excellent location for me. Loved watching all the street action from the balcony with a beer. Good restaurants around. Loved it! Thanks

We picked this hotel because of the central location to everything (table mountain, CBD, botanical gardens, BoKaap,) and restaurants/bars all around. It is a fun and lively location, but also easy to shut your balcony doors for a quiet good night's sleep. The desk staff are kind and accommodating and the rooms have a cool modern look and are very...

The hotel staff was more than helpful setting us up with pickup from the airport. The staff was always kind and helpful--available 24/7. You can't beat the location ON Long Street, and the hotel is decorated beautifully! There is a cute cafe across the street to the left which serves really great food. We ate there for breakfast. We stayed...

We were blessed with beautiful views of table mountain and lions head, arguably the greatest shower on earth, friendly staff, and a fantastic communal balcony for enjoying sundowners and early morning complementary coffees, all whilst soaking in the sights and sounds of Long Street. Worth it!

My partner and I stayed at the Long Street Boutique hotel as we were down for a family reunion. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and overall experience. Unfortunately we had to leave the hotel for breakfast however, given the opportunity to experience the early bird culture of the Cape Town locals, I would do it every morning. Our...

Love is more fitting than like! The room was clean and the decor was lovely! Loved the location but when we got in round 10:30 the street was so busy partying and I was afraid that I will never be able to fall asleep, we saw that you guys have double glazing... Needless to say we slept like a log!...
