We, my mother and my parents in law spent 3 wonderful days in Cape Town and were pleased to stay in Sweet Orange Guest House. The location is perfect. Staff friendly and helpful. We only can strongly recommend this guesthouse. Next time for sure our first choice to stay overnight in Cape Town.

The staff was amazing and location great .However, when booking on their webpage guests should be informed that they might not get to the guest house that they originally booked. I booked a room at Sweet Lemon with a terrace and windows. The night before my reservation I received a call that they will be moving us to sweet orange...

It was a lovely, colourful room with a very big bed in it. The staff was really nice, we arrived at 23:45 but they still made some welcome drinks for us. The only minus is that we couldn't have breakfast because they start with breakfast at 8 o'clock.

the location is good, but the rooms are old and the TV does not have cable. The shower is not good at all, but the staff is friendly. They give you the keys of the place because there is no one at night.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of a long tour through South Africa. The staff were welcoming, the decor rather quirky, yet appealing, and the breakfasts totally lovely. One nice touch was 'today's breakfast special' ranging from various fruit smoothies, to Bircher Muesli and sweet filled pancakes. Freshly squeezed juice and eggs cooked to order. This guest...

Our bed (room 'Moon') was very comfortable and the room spacious with direct access to...
