This is a great B & B, just outside of the main town of Knysna and close to all major attractions. The owners are very friendly, chatty folk with great insight into the area and great ideas on what to do and where to go. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfasts delicious and the company over breakfast even...

i really recommend it to anyone who have not been to the garden route yet to definitely stop there and at least stay one night, you will receive free advice on where to visit and the best places to eat.....and the breakfast is great too. i will certainly visit again...it is worth it while i am here.

Margo and Agnieszka are wonderful hosts and do their best to make you feel like you are visiting friends. We really enjoyed our stay at 9onHeron and loved the cozy atmosphere. The rooms are wonderful, clean, comfortable and each very special in design. The breakfast is great, every morning something else. If visiting SA again, we will definitely come back...

I was on a Garden Route tour with my cousin's daughter from New Orleans, USA and her friend from New York. We were received at 9 on Heron by Margo and Agnieska and my, what lovely people. We felt at home immediately and the accommodation was superb. It felt like a home away from home. I can certainly recommend 9...

9 on heron is a fanatstic B&B! the rooms are very clean, cozy, the bed is so confertable and the breakfast is "not to miss"! every room has a little balcony. lots of flowers everywhere and the staff is superfriendly and extremly helpfull in everything. we had a great time in knysna and if i come back - 9 on...

My partner and I had never been to Knysna before and found 9 on Heron online so we decided to give them a call, we were able to get a room that day (driving from Cape Town) and were offered a fantastic price for 3 nights stay including a wonderful breakfast each morning. My wife and I would recommend 9 on Heron as a pleasant place to stay. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable with an en suite bathroom and its own separate entrance. We had a warm welcome by the owners on arrival. They gave us lots of recommendations of what to do and where to go. The guesthouse was always neat and the enviroment relaxing. Every morning a surprise breakfast was alwavs something to look forward to. We wish them all the best and cant wait to visit again!
