These yellow wood chalets are worth a stay! I stayed for 2 nights and was close to Knysna town! The room was clean and very well maintained. The bed where very large and conformable and the views from the balcony of the lagoon where a amazing. Internet was a little stretchy at times but it didn't really bother me. The...

My family and I stayed at Abalone Lodges for 3 nights. The accommodation is beautiful and well kept. It is spacious and equipped with everything that is needed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Although the property is small, the lodges are located in a quiet area allowing you to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. Management has...

The best part about the lodge is the awesome spa bath and mood lighting. Perfect getaway for a romantic weekend. Fully equipped with everything we needed. No invasion of privacy. My only complaint was that the wifi wasnt working

We have stayed at Abalone before so we knew what a lovely stay was in store. Staff are Supa friendly & helpful. The rooms are immaculate, cosy & warm...though the shower fitting in our room was faulty so we had to use Spa bath😊 We have been at Abalone during summer also & got to use the lovely pool but...

I stayed in the double log cabins the kitchen area is way to small. They could maybe upgrade the television sets and I didn't like the burgla bars on the windows, not when you on holiday. No security at the gate or on the premises that I seen.

We have stayed at Abalone Lodge before and it was great so we decided to stay again on this trip. In the end we had a great room and a good stay (but no WiFi) but this was only because we asked to be moved. he original room they gave us was the one above the office and it was...

This place is so cute you want to love it. However, the patio and the room were in full sun most of the day and so hot you could not enjoy either or the view, which was decent. We were in number 1, the furthest away from the office and thus very, poor, practically non-existent internet. If that is important...

Lovely and comfortable stay. Myself and wife are from the UK and stayed at the Abalone lodges for 3 nights and was very much impressed!!! Great views and very quiet. They have huge corner baths which was great after a very long drive! We could park our car in the car ports available. We hope to revisit knysna and stay...

Staff mostly great and room serviced efficiently every day - pity they didn't replenish coffee saches daily - room and balcony stunning - we used units 2 and 3 and both good condition. Be nice to have a shower or shower curtain so can use the hand shower easily as don't enjoy bath but a personal opinion only - definitely...

We were welcomed on arrival and we found our one bedroom chalet to be clean, presentable but rather tight for space. The kitchen is the size of a large cupboard with a two ringed burner. The dining table and chairs are on the balcony, so in cool/wet weather you would have to eat sitting on the bed. The bathroom does...
