It is on the main road towards the latter part of the Bay. The entrance gives you a typical B&B appearance (so a little disappointing when you enter), but once you get inside, you cant imagine how pretty & typically Victorian the place is. The main hall, the Bar, the sit down restaurant and even the B/F setting is very...

As before a very pleasant stay with outstanding views of Knysna Lagoon and good food particularly at breakfast which we enjoyed on the patio outside the restaurant. All staff were efficient & friendly & Head Gardener Alfred & colleague were most helpful helping us on an off site project. Would suggest that in a time of water shortages in Knysna...

Great rooms, extremely clean , excellent breakfast served on the terrace with fantastic views over the lagoon. The gardens were well tended and plenty of spots to relax and chill out with a good book and cocktail.

Stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a lovely room overlooking the lagoon on the ground floor. The pool is quite small but big enough to swim in and a nice temperature. We did find the breeze got up at about 11am so nice to sit in a sheltered area. The walk to the harbour front...

We stayed here for three nights in February. The hotel is in a beautiful position by the lagoon and has a lot of garden area. There is a reasonable size swimming pool with sun loungers which makes for a pleasant afternoon. The pool is served by lovely helpful staff. From check in onwards all of the staff were extremely helpful....
