What a great hotel just off the strip easy walk to all and away from all the noise .the room where lovely with a TV with good movie stations also a small fridge .Shower cubicle was on the small size but good over head shower.rooms cleaned daily ..The pool was a good size staff where fantastic If i hadn't already... I have stayed here several times as a travel agent I will give my honest opinion Location is fab away from hustle n bustle but still central to everything rooms are lovely as refurbished 2 years ago the family rooms are not refurbished they are very large.drinks are quite a bit more exspensive and you are not allowed to take... I have stayed at this hotel several times on our many visits to Hisaronu so decided as I was going on my own this year {1st time anywhere without hubby in 35yrs} I would book here . We stayed at The Saray for 10 nights in September . We had a family room with 2 balconies . The rooms were clean and we had a lovely shower room. I've been coming to Turkey for 12 years, have visited the country over 20 times. This is a typical turkish hotel. The positives far out weigh the negatives. Let's start wth the negatives. Accessibility - for those less mobile all rooms have steps to access them. They are either basement, ground floor or top floor. My mum has walking difficulties... More

We stayed at the saray at the end of August for 2 weeks in one of the family rooms in the back blocks. The hotel is in a perfect location opposite the go carts but slightly back away from any noise. The staff are so friendly and happy to help with anything. We brought a few drinks and snacks back... More

Could not fault this hotel & all the staff spotlessly clean would recommend every time close to everything will be going back again .Rooms cleaned every day food lovely .lovely pool area plenty of sun loungers Five min walk from main strip so away from any noise.😎👍🍻

We have been in this lovely hotel first time with my partner and 2 kids and loved it,first of all the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Food we enjoyed any dish we had because the Chef Ibo(ibrahim abi)ellerine saglik. I m looking forward to go to this hotel again. Just back from another 2 weeks at the saray and I have to say we loved it all the staff are brilliant so helpful the food is fantastic give them a days notice and get the lamb casserole you can't beat it you get balloon bread, soup the main course plus pudding for £10 how can you complain at that... More

FOOD Went half board big mistake you can only really have chicken dishes off the menu or you have to pay extra for fish lamb or steak another 25 to 30 euro each unbelievable considering you have allready payed your tour operator ,plus you will be made to wait 20 mins between each course one night went in at 8pm... More
