I've just come back from a 2 week stay. Rooms are kept clean, really nice and friendly cleaners! The food I had at the hotel was excellent, James and Michael are characters but it's their job lol Mustafa was my favourite and really kind to me when I received some bad news from England whilst I was there. We were initially really impressed with this hotel. We have been to Hisaronu many times before and following a couple of years in bigger hotels we really wanted that small and personable service you only get from hotels of this size. We stayed in a family room and found it to be more than adequate although storage was somewhat limited....

The Saray is in a great location, generally clean, having stayed in Turkey many times in the last few years must say the way this place is run is strange. Just seem to want your money and if you go out just ignored and not acknowledged. Air con £70 for 2 weeks Safety deposit box £40 for 2 weeks (just...

Stayed at the Saray for a week, me my partner and six year old. We were in a room away from the pool so missed a lot of noise which you might get staying near the pool. I'd agree with an earlier comment about the doors being quite load when shutting, which can be a problem when people are coming...

We arrived at the hotel late (11pm) and were shown to our rooms which were clean and tidy and it looked like the bathrooms had recently been refurbished with nice large showers. We went to try and find some food and then Michael in the bar got the chef to stay and rustle up some pizza's and chips. Having been...
