My wife and I had a ten day break at the Mavi Belce just a week after the military coup. We have been to Olu Deniz a few times so knew exactly what to expect but were surprised and how completely unnecessarily quiet it was (really guys and girls, any trouble in Turkey is over 13 hours by coach away,...

Stayed here last year with my teenage daughter and came back this year. Rooms are basic but clean, they could do with updating but what else do you need apart from a bed and shower ? The maids are lovely, beds made most days, only 2 days out of 14 they weren't, clean towels and room tidied most days too....

After an initial nightmare of the holiday company going bust and being told we could not have a room unless we paid(again) and reports of Military action in Turkey, this turned into one of our best holidays. The hotel is in an excellent location to access the main area for bars/restaurants,and although the room was quite basic, this was newly...

Hotel is basic - you get what you pay for. No tea/coffee making facilities. Wifi is poor. Pool area is big with lots of sun loungers but staff are unprofessional and rowdy... some might say a nuisance. Breakfast is typical turkish... cheese, tomato, olives etc. Air con not included in price. Brilliant location - right by the beach (1 min...

Hotel very basic and the room we stayed in wasn't too good. The bathroom sink wasn't attached to the wall and the taps weren't even attached to the sink. The door handle broke so we couldn't get out of the front door. The balcony was tiny. The bar staff charged different prices for an efes so I didn't buy another...

Didn't stay here but popped in a few times with people who had stayed here before for drinks. Staff were lovely and you have to try and beat the boss at pool!! Beautiful cocktails made out of fresh pineapples and melons - I was sold!
