I travelled with my wife, who is restricted to a wheelchair and this hotel along with most continental hotels offer no disability provision other than a ground floor room, with reasonable access and ramps that almost bring on a heart attack going either up or down, around the site, 4 star Egypt last year and on sites resources don't differ... We were not told what time breakfast was in the morning so after unpacking I went to reception to ask the next morning. We were provided with a A4 piece of... More

Where to start! Overall after only paying under 400 for an all inclusive holiday we weren't expecting great things however there were many issues that could have been a avoided if the staff could be bothered, it's a shame as it's a lovely little hotel but it just needs some tlc and enthusiastic staff! We arrived at 3 in the... More

This is the best 3* Hotel in Olu Deniz without a doubt. The pool area is very accommodating and one of the largest with a great atmosphere all the time. Rooms are adequately equipped with plenty hot water, free air con, good showers, hair dryer and TV. There is enough space for two comfortably. We had room 506 which is... More

Yes you get what you pay for but hygiene, health and safety, customer service are meant to be a given whatever you pay and whatever star rating. We went here for 14nights. However there is no point me writing a review as the hotel has now been sold and was closing 30th September. We were the last few people remaining... More
