Where to start....upon arrival at 1am in the morning they had no booking for us, after waiting in reception for at least 45 minutes while the staff spoke in Turkish to each other without telling us what was happening they finally sorted it.

I'm positive that the roof rooms do have a balcony type. More than what the rooms have as the space is too small to sit out in. Some floor rooms have balconies. Don't let this put you off though. Amazing little gem of a hotel
