I really enjoyed this hotel, especially the cool old style about it. The price is fairly reasonable and the location,(if you are in Centro) is great. Good, but typical breakfast, some good Resturaunts within walking distance

I travel to BA often on business, and stay in moderately priced hotels in Microcentro (also convenient for tourists, but not so trendy). The Tanguero is by far the cleanest and best appointed of the four or five hotels I've been to. Superb decorating, many luxury touches, good sized rooms, and a breakfast that is on par with the others....

I arrived in Buenos Aires for the first time, late at night and tired from a long journey to receive a warm welcome from the staff. I immediately felt comfortable and throughly enjoyed my 3 night stay. The room was spacious and clean, the buffet breakfast very good and the service from the staff was friendly and helpful. It's well...

We stayed just one night after a long trip in Chile and coming from El Calafate. Great little boutique hotel in central location. Reception staff speaks english and is very helpful. Room is spacious, clean and quirky, more like someones bedroom than a hotel room. We liked that. Very comfy bed. Separate bathroom, toilet and big wardrobe with fluffy dressing...

We have just left Tanguero after a 1 week stay at the hotel. It was all that it had been billed. The hotel was very clean, rooms most comfortable with a separate bathroom, large and ample room to spead out. The breakfast was excellent with a varied selection each morning and the breakfast staff most acommodating with fresh coffee and...

We stayed here for 3 nights in January and found the hotel excellent. Staff were very helpful especially with wifi access and were pleasant and accommodating of English speakers. We were disappointed that the bar does not operate as a bar - more a decoration - but they referred us to the restaurant/bar across the road (Etre) and it operates...

Let me start by saying that this hotel is beautiful. The rooms are like suites and are clean and charming. It is centrally located and is a great price for the room that you stay in. We totally fell in love with it once we stepped in the door. That being said, the neighborhood is somewhat deserted at night. Its bustling...

We stayed in the Tanuero Boutique Hotel for 3 nights. Whilst the hotel reception staff did not speak much English (that was our problem not their's) we got by ok. The quality of the room we had at the back was excellent. It was large, quiet, comfortable and clean. We had requested a Double and when we arrived it was...

I found this hotel by chance, walking around in Bs As looking for ideas for my next visit with relatives (which are rather picky). I walked in to find out information and was dealt with in a profesional still personal manner. We came back 5 months later and stayed 3 nights. What a pleasant place to be! The building itself...

I have to be honest: I only had to go to Tanguero Hotel by accident: due to the Puyehue volcano activity, I had a cancelled flight and couldn't leave Buenos Aires until the next day, and there weren't rooms available at the previous hotel I stayed. So my travel agency booked me this hotel, and I'm sure it would be...
