The hotel is very well located. In the city centre and walking distance from Recoleta, San Telmo and even La Boca. A few nice places around to eat at night. The whole building could use some repairs, fresh paint and new bed sheets if not all furnitures. It's quite clean but very old and it smells old. The bed sheets smelled cold cigarettes smoke and had holes. The booking mentioned "bubble bath", don't expect much. Rooms are small and The "city view" is a view of the next building's wall. We were asked at check out whether we consumed anything from the fridge...though it was empty when we arrived and so noisy I just wished to switch it off at night. The breakfast is well furnished but not too tasty or fresh except for some fruits that I really appreciated. The staff is friendly. To be honest for the price we paid, we couldn't expect for much more considering the location but I think it could be slightly more "fresh" in general.

The hotel in general is quiet old and needs lots of repairs. There's not even a table on the room to sit and work. When you use the bathroom, there's a flood every time you take a bath. In generally the hotel needs repairs and modernization in almost everything. The beds are not that confortable. It's cheap. But not budget. You get what you pay. The positive thing is the breakfast and the WiFi. Buffet for breakfast with a good choice. The WiFi works well and you have lots of TV channels.

Very, very dirty. My room had an awful stink of rotten onions. The lobby is unkempt, definitely not up to date. There were cockroaches in my room. The shower head came off the wall. I had a 3 day reservation and quickly made it into one. It is not the fault of the employees.

Other than the location the hotel is not very special. The rooms are plain and average. They were clean. The entrance is stark. The main problem another guest and I had was the tap water. It smelled. The breakfast was good.

I have stayed at this hotel three times. Each visit, I hoped it would get better, but I have been disappointed. The furnishings are old and the rooms are small. My biggest complaint is that the hotel guests are so noisy. Apparently, families with children stay in "suites," and the parents let the children play until late at night in the hallways. The breakfast is okay, but I will not stay there again.
