This is small boutique hotel in a great neighborhood in Buenos Aires. The staff is terrific and extremely helpful. The location is a delight. You are near much great shopping and good restaurants. We booked a deluxe room which was a good size. The rooms are decorated very minimalist. Some pictures on the walls would cozy up the space. Even... More

This was our families second stay with The Nuss. I didn't think they could improve on the first trip 2 years ago but I think they did. Honestly, we now feel like part of the family and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The area is the best in BA and the staff spoiled us in everything they did.

We stayed here in BsAs for a week. This hotel was arranged for us by our travel organiser, Chimu. The hotel is a delightful "boutique" hotel of the type we usually prefer and the staff are extremely helpful and obliging. Whilst Palermo is probably one of the "safer" areas of BsAs, we found security very well arranged and the staff... More

My wife and I stayed at the Nuss for 4 days at the end of March 2013. Our stay happened to coincide with Good Friday. As most hope for, we wanted a nice place to stay, in a great location and was looking for more of a "local" experience vs. a business district. In the Nuss you get all of... More

Stayed here with my parents and sister in December 2012. A very nice hotel, perfect for a city trip, with rooftop swimming pool to cool off at the end of a hot summer day. The location is AMAZING, in the heart of Palermo Soho, great bars, restaurants and shops around. The best area to stay in Buenos Aires!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in February 2013 and what a fabulous place to stay. We wanted a Small Boutique Hotel and the Nuss had been highly recommended by Katherine at 'Imagine Latin America' who we were travelling with. It was perfect for us - in an interesting, safe area where we could walk to excellent restaurants... More

Great service, nice boutique hotel. Would recommend this hotel for the Palermo area if you are looking for more high end accomodation with personal touch. The roof terrace offers a good oppertunity to relax and cool off in the plunge pool.

We have always liked boutique hotels for their intimacy and the NUSS exceeded our expectations. This 25 room gem is tucked in Palermo Soho, Buenos Aires very close to all the action and excellent eateries. We booked three nights two of which were separated by an overnight to Iguazu. The hotel stored the luggage we did not need and was... More

Made us feel comfortable after a long, much delayed flight Well designed rooms. Love the open atrium. Room decore was fun and modern. Staff was accommodating for our early morning departure. Home made granola was to die for !

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
