stayed June 2009 Room was GROSS except the pink bedding... bathroom moldy and dirty, found razor in the room corner.. had top room facing callao st noisey and felt unsafe... not appropriate for anyone with mobility limitations, children , seniors...u get the gist

Where can I start? It is so bad there is not enough room to write everything wrong about it. Be aware: Nothing you see on their website is actually accurate (photos are deceiving). The outside is beautiful, modern with great architecture...it simply hides all the terrible deterioration going on inside. The rooms are dirty, the roof is licking, the bathrooms...

What a DUMP ! It looks spectacular for the outside, the reception is okay and then you enter the room and it is...sub YMCA. The first room we got was an inside room (actually what we booked) with no window. The bathroom had mold and the corners of the bathroom had not been cleaned since the Falkland invasion in 1980....
