The location can't be beat. The staff was helpful and kind, the rooms were huge and architecturally interesting. It was a wonderful building. My only complaint was, that as the father I showered last. After four before me, the water was always cold.

Boa tarde! Fiz uma reserva com chegada para o dia 21/08 e saída 26/08. Porém, o meu vôo de chegada é às 23:45 do dia 21/08 em Ezeiza. Assim, só devo chegar ao hotel às 02:00 da madrugada do dia 22/08.
Como o hotel não possui portaria 24 horas, como posso fazer para realizar o check-in?

Quando estive lá a última vez também cheguei por volta da 1h da manhã, mas como eu havia avisado que eu chegaria tarde no ato da reserva, eles deixaram um bilhete colado na porta dizendo que o número do quarto para onde eu deveria interfonar. Há um interfone do lado de fora, eu toquei e uma pessoa, tipo um zelador, creio eu, desceu para abrir para nós e entregar as chaves. Além disso, havia um segurança na portaria.
