I stayed 3 nights. This is a distinctly average IBIS in all regards. It did not stand out at all during my visit, but neither was it bad. The service at the reception desk was fine, the room reasonably clean. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, hardly much of a choice at all. The rooms definitely need improving; the bathrooms in... Ibis Obelisco is good for you to take a walk as the hotel is located at Corrientes Avenue which is packed with theaters. 3 blocks away from Obelisco and a little more from Casa Rosada. Ibis is a standard hotel and the second cheapest provided by Accor Hotels, as far as I know. So do not expect much as it... More

I stayed 3 nights at the Ibis Obelisco after spending a total of 7 nights over 2 different stays at the Ibis Congreso. The Ibis Obelisco is definitely the better of the two Ibis hotels in town. Familiar Ibis design, staff speak very good English and international channels on the tv. 24 hour food available at the restaurant and the... More

We stayed here pre cruise. Is centrally located ang most tourist spots are not far away, otherwise cabs are cheap. Room, though small was clean and adequate. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was adequate and tasty.

My son and I stayed in this hotel on business in late September. Unfortunately we left some gifts we were given ( an ornate wooden chopping board and a mate cup) in our room by accident. When I got home I contacted the hotel to track down our property and initially got no response so I posted a message on... More
