The Atempo felt like home. We stayed in an apartment for a week, number 703 with a balcony and sunset view. To call it a room does it a disservice. It felt like coming home every day. The upstairs/downstairs configuration provided lots of privacy, and having two bathrooms was nice. Storage space was ample, and the room was exquisitely clean....

I was a bit nervous to reserve this place as I've never stayed at a boutique hotel before. Check in turned to be quick and easy, I got upgraded to a loft room without asking, and staff was very friendly Room was very nice and spacious, bed s comfortable and you even had a kitchen to cook if you wanted...

Great little hotel with clean lines and a modern feel. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is situated in Palermo Hollywood. It's not too far from the shops, eat-outs and bars. Preferred the location of other hotels in Palermo Soho, but still a great hotel and not that far from everything at all. If you want a modern hotel, great...

I recently stayed at the Atempo Design Hotel, a 28 room boutique hotel located in the Palermo Hollywood neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The hotel possesses a young, stylish and trendy vibe without being pretentious. The hotel has only been open for 9 months and while the staff is eager and energetic, the overall service is still a work in progress....

We enjoyed our one night stay here. We turned up after a long flight from London without a booking and were immediately made to feel very welcome. It was a great introduction to Buenos Aires. We were given a room with a lovely view of Buenos Aires. It was a very large room with a super bed, small kitchenette and...

Fantastic ‘boutique’ hotel in Palermo with a great staff, personal service and ambiance. In many ways, the hotel was like a very trendy and modern house. The ‘reception’ was like a living room lounge with an office desk to receive guests. The staff is young, eager and with excellent English skills. Off of the reception area is a breakfast area...

I've stayed 4 days there and I love it. The hotel is really cute, it follows the ''boutique hotel'' concept, of a place with few rooms and a design touch, leading to a more personal stay. The staff wrote us a welcoming note when we arrived, sweet. The room was pretty and veeery spacious (and I think we got one...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
