Should have know when I met the maintenance engineer wearing the same head to toe paint-stained blue jumpsuit three days running. Just Sloppy. No evidence of management. My friends Hvac unit went out because it was completely clogged and filthy. Hotel has excellent location and is connected to an expensive and quirky, new-Jewish cuisine restaurant. You will pay more by...

After stays in a couple of comparably-priced hotels in the microcentro, this place was a wonderful surprise: big room with comfortable bed, a table and chairs, nice bathroom, frigibar and microwave. They even have a small pool and exercise room. The very nice breakfast is at the attached Mishiguene restaurant. My only complaint was the tub-shower combo. The slippery round-bottom...

Great little hotel with a middle eastern restaurant next door. Staff is accommodating and took our bags when we arrived at 8 AM (check in is at 3 PM). A good landing spot if you need to get to Aeroparque early in the morning, or like out door sight seeing, and walking. Lots of park area near by, including the...

Well located close downtown in a great area. This hotel is an excellent choice. Off the path. Calm and relaxed. Parking is off site and on the expensive side. BFast is not as abundant or with such choices as other hotels but good quality covers everything. Great staff with multi language capability. You will enjoy living as a Porteño in...

A nice hotel with a small gym and small spa. The location is very convenient: in the safe and beautiful "Barrio Palermo", close to the national flight airport and the main roads of the city. The rooms are very big and comfortable

I stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks with my wife and daughter. We were in room 406. From day one we found that there were small red ants in the bathroom, inside the closet and (yikes) between the sheets. We obviously reported the issue. They left a note acknowledging the problem and a can of Raid. Yes. A...

The hotel is very well located The staff is helpful & sweet The rooms are big, with a little stove, electric kettle, coffee machine & a dining room table. It's not fancy & the rooms are quite basic. The restaurant downstairs is very good The swimming pool isn't big but it' a nice place to relax

Spent two nights. Nice and well equipped rooms. Lobby is small. Reservations are confusing. They have different price according to breakfast. They offer the higher price first. I was expecting to pay $280 but my card was charged $298. I'm not sure why. They attributed to the exchange rate applied by the card. Just an inconvenience.

The hotel has the perfect location, the room is big, the bed is good, but here comes the BUT: the A/C - Heater is noisy, old fashioned and it just doesn't do the job. It is just not acceptable for this kind of hotel. And the second BUT is the Diva Chef managed Restaurant and Room Service. The breakfast is...

The staff at the front desk is unresponsive. unhelpful, and uninterested in anything that might interrupt their telephone conversations. The towels a the bathroom have long forgotten their days as such, they are rags. The staff at the breakfast restaurant adopted the attitude of the front desk people , they ignore you, at best. It's a shame that a hotel...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
