We stayed here for one night after landing in BA from London. Although we were only using the hotel as a stop off on our way to Bariloche, we thoroughly enjoyed our shorty stay here. Breakfast was lovely but the highlight for us was sampling some empanadas and lovely red wines served by the lovely barman in the courtyard garden the evening before. The other big positive was the very friendly and accommodating staff who gave us helpful directions and recommendations
I can't say enough good things about our family's experience with the Fierro Hotel. It had been 20 years since our last visit to Buenos Aires and we were welcomed with open arms by the superb hotel staff. The hotel is located in Palermo, one of the nicest parts of the city, with many beautiful parks, shops and fantastic restaurants. The hotel is incredibly clean and well appointed, the rooms are spacious, beds incredibly comfortable and showers were excellent. The Relax Pool on the rooftop was a favorite of our kids. And the hotel restaurant and staff were lovely--the included breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit yogurt parfaits, bread/croissants with jams and dulce de leche, fresh squeezed orange juice and champagne and several choices for a hot breakfast. Above all, the hotel staff was kind, helpful and welcoming and gave us many good recommendations for restaurants, things to see, and getting around the city. Thank you, Hotel Fierro; we will be back!…
Wonderful boutique hotel! Best breakfast we had in Argentina! We had the suite on the top floor with hot tub: very nice. Spacious and very clean. Friendly staff. Nice neighborhood. Consider dining at Gran Caruso. We would gladly go here again!
Very lovely hotel with nice staff. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful with recommendations. The breakfast was amazing and we loved the restaurant’s empanadas as well. It’s in a lovely neighborhood and wasn’t too loud either.
I love everything about this hotel! They obviously care about the planet - really thoughtful touches such as reusable glass water bottles in your room, and things like yogurt served in adorable glass bottles with granola and fruit. The room was huge and very comfortable with a nice little balcony. I loved the decor too. Breakfast was really good. But mostly I loved the staff who were all incredibly nice and helpful. Definitely stay here!!! I stayed in 2 other hotels in BA but this was by far my favorite. Love it!
A fantastic boutique hotel in a great area. Lots of types of restaurants, cafe’s and bars within easy walking distance (area is very safe, for those wondering). Staff are excellent and go beyond. Breakfast is fantastic and served at your table (I dislike buffets!). Rooftop pool is small but a great way to relax after a day sightseeing. We had room 12- which has decking with loungers and table chairs- highly recommended.
We just spent three nights at the Fierro Hotel, and it was an excellent experience in every way. The staff are very responsive, friendly and helpful; our room was well-appointed and very comfortable; housekeeping staff were great; the included breakfast was beyond delicious and generous; and the hotel location is perfect, surrounded by many great bars, cafes and restaurants, and just minutes from the nearest Subte (metro) station. The rooftop pool is small but cute, although the weather did not offer us the opportunity to enjoy it. The courtyard at the rear of the hotel is lovely, and peaceful. Our only small disappointment was that the hotel’s former UCO Restaurant was not yet relaunched (after it’s pandemic closure) in time for our stay, or we would surely have had dinner there. All in all, an excellent choice to stay in Buenos Aires, and we certainly hope to return. Muchas gracias Team Fierro!…
Such a great experience. Knowledgeable and friendly front counter staff, comfortable and clean rooms, walking distance to lots of great restaurants. We stayed 3 nights and will definitely return. Highly recommended
This was a great hotel and the customer service was the best we experienced in our two-weeks in Argentina. The staff is truly fantastic and so accommodating. Would highly recommend! Rooms are clean, and comfortable. The restaurant breakfast was BEYOND delicious.
This was my first time in South America and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service and staff was great. They helped us out when we initially arrived and were in a bind with getting cash. I truly appreciate their efforts. They gave us great recommendations about where to visit and what to see. They also booked us at the most amazing Tango show.
