After a long flight we arrived early morning in the Fierro Hotel. Stupidly enough I never thought about extending our reservation for early arrival, but the Front desk was very helpful and arranged our room for early arrival (no switch of rooms needed) against a reasonable cost, the dayroom also included breakfast. The room itself was spacious, clean and with a good bed. The bathroom is at the smaller end, but offers all you need. Just a small improvement would be either to redecorate bathrooms with lighter tiling, or put a warning on the shower door that the shower floor is one step down (due to black tiles it is hard to see). The staff was very welcoming, and the restaurant staff was very cheerful every day, a pleasure to walk in. We loved the possibility to have breakfast outside, a nice secluded garden, including hummingbirds. Every day we got fresh filtered water in our room and there were options to make coffee and/or tea. The location is very pleasant, and our room at the backside was fortunately very quiet. We will definitely book this hotel again if we are in BA.

The Hotel is incredible, a super spacious room just as you can see in the photos, the bed with top quality pillows and bedding, the large bathroom with a delicious shower, full of kits such as nail files, hair cap and a dryer powerful. They always left two bottles of water as a courtesy at the hotel and the evening was always spent with a complimentary chocolate. The breakfast is always delicious, fresh, fruits, omelettes and a variety of coffees and juice. Not to mention the cordiality of the staff, always very kind, always with a smile on their faces and ready to help with local tips. My flight was late at night as the hotel was not full, they allowed me to leave at 2:00 pm as a courtesy and I was very happy to continue working at the hotel.

Great hotel! Beautiful room, super comfortable bed, good shower.. besides, the service of the reception and breakfast staff (which was excellent too) was a differential! Every day they left a mim in the bedroom, and they always left 2 bottles of water available! Great experience in Buenos Aires (the subway is 4 blocks from the hotel, super easy access)

We were so pleased that after quite a bit of research we picked Fierro Hotel for our stay in Buenos Aires. All the staff, without exception, were excellent in offering advice, giving directions, and generally being extremely pleasant, helpful and ensuring our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.
Our room, which was attractive, comfortable and equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker etc, had a wonderfully efficient shower with both a rainfall shower head and a handheld shower head; and a large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard – perfect at the end of a busy day.
Restaurant staff were smiling, welcoming and efficient; and the food was delicious.
My husband was particularly surprised and impressed that on the day of his birthday, he was gifted a birthday cake and every member of staff wished him a “Happy Birthday” – a little touch, but it exemplifies the personal touch, the friendliness and the attention shown by staff.
We liked too the hotel’s situation in Palermo – a really relaxed area with restaurants, and cafes on every street corner, children walking to school, dog walkers with dogs on leads and the leisurely pace of life. This corner of Buenos Aires seemed so unhurried for such a large city, yet an Uber or taxi could whisk you into the centre in 20 minutes or so.
On our return, we received an email from the hotel asking if we had any suggestions on how the hotel could improve. I was stumped for a response (which does not often happen): as well as the points previously mentioned, the hotel already provides bottles of drinking water daily in your room, and in the evening a little chocolate is delivered. Perfect!

Argentina has a closed currency so can only exchange cash within the country. There is a Banco de la Nacion to the right behind you in arrivals hall of terminal A, but exchange rate was only 224 to £! You can get double the exchange rate if you use the Western Union app! Open an account and send yourself money to the account, to collect at the WU branch 20 mins from the hotel (there will be a queue).
Get Taxiezeiza radio taxi inside airport, cost A$7,500 to the hotel, pay by card, takes 45 mins. If get a taxi outside pay cash in exact peso (ensure fixed rate, or check they use the meter)
We had a superior double room, 41 sqm, with king bed (very comfy), sofa, table & chairs, only 6 clothes hangars provided, breakfast is from 8-11 served to you in the UCO restaurant on the ground floor, bathrobes (slippers are not available), good wifi, tv (includes all the main streaming services), Nespresso coffee & tea, 750ml bottle of water provided each day, stocked drinks & wine fridges, corkscrew, safe (inc size for laptop), good air con, US & Euro type plug sockets, rain shower head, hairdryer. There is a very small pool on the top floor, with 6 sun beds.
The following are available at reception: iron & board , toothpaste & brush, shaving kit, sanitary products, shoe polish, sewing kit, make-up mirror.
Palermo has shops, restaurants, bars & lively nightlife. It is cheap for everything! Go to Distrito Arcos 10 mins from hotel for outlet shops & outdoor drinks. We eat at Dandy Grill & at Il Gran Caruso (Italian). Don Julio is recommended by many, but book before you go. Walk to Parque Tres de Febrero for boating lake, rose gardens, water features, cafe. There is a Japanese gardens next to there
To use the Subte metro, go below street level on green line D from Carranza to Catedral for Plaza de Mayo. Need to buy a contactless rechargeable Subte card, includes buses (which are no cash), cards sold at kiosks, add credit with cash only at kiosk, can use 1 card for 1 or 2 or more persons, any journey is only A$100.
You can walk San Telmo & Puerto Madero areas from the city centre, or get bus or taxi.
For Caminito, at Catedral station go across the plaza to the right of where the pink building is and get the 64 bus, or taxi.
After you stay the hotel will book a taxi to airports or cruise port. To AEP airport it takes 20 mins, fixed price A$3,200, give correct cash.
We would very much recommend the Fierro Hotel for your stay, could not fault it all!

The Fierro hotel is an amazing experience. The staff are all so friendly and want to make sure your stay is perfect. The rooms are very comfortable with a morning complimentary breakfast that is exceptional. We had a great dinner also, and their wine selection is very good. The Fierro certainly sets the bar high in their standards for taking care of their guests. Highly recommend you stay here!!!

Outstanding hotel that exceeded our expectations. I stayed with my family including 2 young boys, 8 and 10. Every single hotel associate went above the call of duty. When we arrived, my wife and I were given a "free tapa" coupon/pass. To our surprise, it included a glass of wine. The food is very carefully selected and top quality. We ended up having a couple of meals at the hotel itself, despite the many options in Palermo, due to the great food quality the hotel offers. Guests are allowed to have breakfast all the way up to 3:00 PM. Breakfast is tasty. Few options but great quality. We were supposed to choose among 3 options. One of my kids wanted pancake and bacon, which represented 2 options and the hotel associate allowed us to order whatever we needed to enjoy our stay, on the house. We never felt nickel and dimed during our stay. Last day check out is at noon and we were allowed to shower at the rooftop pool bathroom, with towels provided. On the way out, they offered to call a taxi and the rate was ~10% less expensive than 2 options I had heard of. Bottom line is, the hotel is cozy, very clean, in a great location and the employees go above and beyond to make you feel great all the way through the stay. During this trip, I had stayed a couple of days at the Hilton in Puerto Madero, travelled to Argentina for a few days and had a last day in Palermo at Fierro Hotel. Needless to say, Fierro will be my first choice next time I am back in Buenos Aires.

Small hotel with big service. We came to Buenos Aires to start a cruise, and came a day early. The hotel sends a message on What's App promptly after you make our reservation. You can contact them with any questions or transportation requests (they give you options and arrange for you). We had a driver pick us up at the airport and it was seamless and safe. They also arranged our transportation to the ship port (again the driver was timely and got the job done and only a 20 minute ride). The decor is modern yet warm. ALL the employees go out of their way to be friendly and helpful (from front desk, cafe, a cleaning person that we passed). The front desk is very knowledgable as where to walk around (they give you a map) and the city as a whole. The rooms are very spacious with a large seating area (couch, chairs, coffee bar), and the bathroom had luxe touches (towel warmer, marble) and also very spacious. The restaurant is both indoors and has an outside court (you feel like you are in the amazon). The service is excellent and the latte's are perfect. Nothing like a great latte and croissant with dulce de leche to start the day. Although this hotel is near Palermo, I would have rather stayed closer to the upscale shopping area or more historical sites. However, for a one day crash pad, it was wonderful.

We had a phenomenal stay. We stayed 3 nights at the start of our trip and again for 2 nights at the end of our trip (2 adults and a teenager). The service was the best we have received from any hotel anywhere. Staff were so helpful. Bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable we have had in hotels. The front desk staff communicated with us from the time of booking via WhatsApp. They helped us arrange transfer from EZE airport and a last minute tour of the City. A stocked wine chiller, refrigerator with drinks, and snacks are all provided in the room (only charged for what you use and reasonable cost). The free breakfast is delicious (served with all fresh made juices, breads, yogurt, and jams). Second course has your choice of English breakfast, eggs/omelets, pancake, fruit plate, or chia. We had dinner one night at the restaurant Uco. Wonderful service and great tasting appetizers, wines, and dry aged steak. Can’t say enough positive things about the staff that work in both the hotel and Uco restaurant. Hope to return someday!

Staying at this hotel was one of the best highlights of my trip to Argentina with my partner! We were met with amazing and helpful staff who were able to help us with our requests and with suggestions on restaurants/activities to do around the neighborhood. We especially loved the chocolates that the housekeepers would leave for us everyday as well as the heated pool and sauna :) Would highly recommend staying here. Special shoutout to Dyor for his help throughout our stay!

Yes, We do have a sauna, and as Amribax and Peter kindly told you we do have a small relax pool on the 7th floor, with a cervical cascade and hydro jets. I always recommend seeing a sunset.
