Stood 3 nights on this hotel and it was not the best experience: the flooring needs to be replaced, the A/C is old and leaked on the bed and the towels were dirty. Also, the staff is not eager to help and the hotel overall looks dirty. On the good side, this hotel is conveniently located near Puerto Madero. If you research a little more, you will find better options.

The hotel is in a great location that felt very safe. It is absolutely not 4 star quality. The reception is shoddy, the room was basic with a lot of wear and tear, and the cushions on the bed were filthy. It looks nothing at all like its pictures. Much better options at this price point in Argentina.

I stayed here whilst working on the Youth Olympic Games in Oct 2018. The rooms were big but a bit scruffy and the walls are so thin. Probably more 3 star than 4 star to be honest. Good location though.

Room booked w/3 beds for girlfriend, her daughter and grandson. The room was dirty and in disrepair. Staff was rude. Pre-paid for five days and had no choice but to checkout after the first night. Room was nothing like their photos. Look, for $80/night, one does not expect "The Ritz" but clean and maintained at least. This was neither. Hotel did pretty well, getting over $400 for one night.

Upon arrival to the hotel the entrance has a strong smell that will immediately give you a headache.
I forced through the smell and checked in super quick, no guidance to my room, no assistance with luggage, and no friendly tips about the hotel perks.
Maybe this was just due to my weakness in Castellano. So with my bags in hand I ventured on to the elevators that are decorated with cracked mirrors and stained floors. Once I made it to my floor I ran to my room to find a place relaxation but destiny had other plans for me.

Walking into the room looked like I had walked into a run down motel that could be found in BFE (pictures attached says it all).

I rushed down stairs to request a room cleaning or even a change, my requests were quickly declined so myself and two other guests checked out and ran before the walls started to bleed.

Avoid this place

This hotel is not a 4* as it states I think a hostel will be much cleaner. Starting with the pictures the advertise the hotel with... I will say is false advertisement it has no view the rooms do not look like the pictures at all! Don’t get me started with toilets they are filthy and disgusting we had two different rooms and both asked to change as the rooms were falling apart either furniture broken or things not working...

We was two people staying in the room and only receive one pillow and one towel... when called in to ask for more the towel came the next day but the pillow never came for the four days we stayed...

Be prepared to go up and down on the lift as your room key will not work our one we had to go downstairs three times until the finally got it working my parents also had to go downstairs couple times... while I was sitting in reception waiting for my other room I witnessed more guest having troubles with their keys after a 15h flight the last thing you want is to have to come to reception several times to be able to access your room.

Breakfast is best if you go to a local cafe el continental is just up the road and is 100 times better than what you get at the hotel.

I will say the only positive was one of the Receptionist called Diego he was amazing and made sure he could help wherever he could.
As another one I asked him as we reserved a tango night with them if he could help me call and arrange something special for my mum as it was her birthday he said he will let me know.. when I came back downstairs he apologised and said they did not do anything special for birthdays.. to my surprise at the end of the tango night there where 3 different birthday surprises organised for costumers you could imagine my anger when I asked the host she said that we could of arranged it prior to the night when I mentioned the situation nobody from our hotel had called so what a i disappointment.

My experience in Buenos Aires was great but I will not be returning to this hotel at all it was appalling.

The hotel is advertised as 4 star but the rooms and bathroom are tired. Lifts were not working. Breakfast is served each day and there is hot water in the lobby. Rooms have a bar fridge but no kettle or cups etc. staff were friendly and the rooms clean & comfortable.

Great location and a good price. The restaurant has the best view of the city. But the service could be better if they were just to follow-up on guests' request.
If you don't mind the fact that the rooms need urgent renovation and that they have not been properly cleaned in a long time, this is the hotel for you.

If you're looking for a wonderful, cost effective hotel option, PLEASE, continue to search. Unique Art Madero is not only a disappointment considering its (SELF ADVERTISED) 4-star rating, but an overall unpleasant hotel environment. However, if you're looking for a mosquito infested hotel room with dirty sheets, rough towels, a moldy bathroom, with breakfast (read as terrible coffee and old bread), this place is for you!
The hotel staff is particularly unhelpful beginning with the general manager, all the way down to the concierge (if they can even be called such).
On the bright side, if you're looking to have your laundry washed in gold, stop by! I booked my hotel for about $200USD and got some of my laundry done for $800USD! WHAT A STEAL!!! (I really, REALLY wish that I was exaggerating)
The best part of staying at this hotel was leaving! Thanks Unique Art!!

Not bad if you need nothing but bed overnight. It was designed nicely, but is mainained loosely. Linens ain't fresh with spots, towels are grey and worn out. But I like location - close to Pink House, Puerto Modero and San Telmo.
