This is a very sweet hotel with a lovely setting hidden away in a great location in Palermo. The staff were a delight, so friendly, smiley and keen to please. It was clean. The little garden and beautiful plants were so cute and tranquil. Would definitely recommend.
The place is a secluded oasis in the middle of a very buzzing neighbourhood. But the big difference is not the beautiful house, or the location. It is the team run by Martin, which made this day something of another world. We will definitely be back again and again.
I was with my university for a short academic exchange trip in Uruguay but I was robbed there. So I had to stay in Buenos Aires for another two nights waiting for my US visa to be issued. I felt quite unrested and unsafe at that time but L'Hotel Palermo, OMG it was so nice and amazing to stay there! They provided me with so much comfort and support! The garden is beautiful with breeze, flowers and a pool. The staff there are so friendly and supportive. After knowing my situation they kept me safe and comfortable, helping me with nearly everything. This relaxed my anxiety a lot. I am gonna come back to Buenos Aires for L'Hotel Palermo, introducing this hotel to my friends and definitely enjoy the city more next time.
Truly a boutique hotel. My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. They were what I would consider a TRUE boutique hotel where they actually cared and helped you with any question or everyday activity. They helped us arrange a tango dinner show and even transportation to the Buquebus Terminal at 6 am. Everyone at reception and hotel was kind, sincerely kind. We appreciated that very much. Thank you L’Hotel Palermo!
This hotel is not only located in the coolest part of BA with a the most stylish boutique stores, chic coffee shops and a raging nightlife, but it it also a tranquil little oasis all of it's own. With uniquely stylized hotel rooms catering to the character and heritage of the hotel, the tranquil garden and plunge pool to the charming rooftop every inch of this hotel is a lovely exploration. The staff are multi lingual and bending over backwards to ensure your are feeling truly welcome including the neighborhood cat who is likely to swing by and say hello.
You can't imagine when you arrive to L´Hotel Palermo, located in the heart of Palermo Soho, that you're going to find so lovely and beautiful hotel, with simple but elegant rooms, well renovated, and all the necessary facilities for an excellent stay. Great full breakfast served next to an adorable green peaceful garden surrounded by plants and flowers and a small pool. Very good WiFi service all over the place, allowed me to work without inconvenience both in the room and enjoying in the garden. All day, free coffee and tea service is left at the breakfast room for guests disposal. Mainly highlight, the welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional staff at all areas. Loved the hotel and hope to return soon!
very well located, walking distance for good restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops, exceptional staff and good breakfast. The staff is warm and always professional. The hotel need some cosmetical maintaince but nothing important.
Thank you very much for the great service provided! This beautiful hotel is in the heart of Palermo Soho, nice rooms, full breakfast but the best is about the professionalism and warmness of everybody working there. The BEST!!
Hotel is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods and shopping/eating areas. Hotel staff is very professional and are attentive to guest requests. Their recommendations were well received and all the places that we visited were memorable in a good way! Rooms are in need of a fresh coat of paint and improved closet arrangement and shelving. Old storage cabinet was difficult to open and close so we placed our things on outside top surface. The pool is small and didn't appear well maintained. The area is long overdue for a refreshed landscape. More table and chairs would allow more people to sit out and enjoy nature..Breakfast area was maintained better. For breakfast, there was a selection of cold cut meats, pastries, fruit, tea, coffee and juice. It was a nice treat to get one started for the day!…
I’ve been lucky enough to travel the world and sometimes fortunate enough to stay at the finest hotels a city could offer, but no hotel compares to L’ Hotel Palermo. The staff, warm and always professional, went to great lengths insuring my stay was a first-rate experience and beyond. I was given a much needed electrical adaptor, a replacement Covid mask, a better reading lamp for my failing eyes, directions around town where the best pottery store could be found and the best bakery, the closest Covid testing center, and when I requested a pencil, Martin ordered one on Amazon. How about that? Now for the hotel itself… The swimming pool area is heavenly! One could bask in the sun, surrounded by the smell of grass with butterflies gliding above by the walls of ivy. Comfy chairs, stacks of towels, cool drinking water is available and the pool, though not Olympic size was perfect for my needs. Now for the complimentary breakfast … The usual complimentary breakfast is mediocre at best, so had no expectations what-so-ever- but the variety and quality of the L’ Hotel Palermo breakfast is something special. I appreciated every morning and every bite. Delicious croissants, a variety of cereal, cheese, lunchmeat, fresh fruit, a choice of juices, coffee, tea and more, was readily available starting at 7am. A real treat. The rooms were spotless, the bed was lush and comfortable and the powerful water pressure of the shower was a joy for this longtime New Yorker. If I sound like I’m gushing like the shower … I am, I loved L’ Hotel Palermo. In addition, the district of Palermo (shops and restaurants galore) along with the soulfulness of the people of Argentina had me yearning to stay, but all good things must come to an end. I wrote this review on my return flight home feeling satisfied with a heart filled with good memories. Special thanks to all - Mariana, Lucas, Martin, Lucila, Raquel, Norma, Jose, Juan Pablo, Jean Paul, Marina, Matias, Monica, Soledad & Matias. Their combined professionalism and grace made this weary traveler feel rejuvenated. One more thing - the hotel and swimming area are more stunning in person. The website photos, however good, don’t capture the magic and loveliness of L’ Hotel Palermo. Highly recommended! (obviously).…
