My husband and I traveled to Buenos Aires with a vey large group for our best friends’ wedding just last week. The entire wedding party was staying in the hotel and we could not have had a better experience. The staff was ever ready to ensure our time in BA was one for the ages!! As you walk in from the bustling streets of Palermo Soho, you’re greeted by the friendliest staff, ready to meet your every need (to include booking in room massages!). Once you pass through the lobby, you immediately gape at the beautiful garden oasis and thirst for a dip in the pool. The rooms are well kept and maintain an old world charm. The housekeeping was very thorough (as far as even folding our strewn clothing and piling it neatly on the bed), but never intrusive. There was also a full complimentary breakfast included each morning that certainly did not disappoint.

We will absolutely be staying at L’Hotel for all of our future visits to Buenos Aires and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with excellent customer service!

My husband and I stayed at L'Hotel Palermo both on arrival and departure from our shortened tour of Argentina. It is an oasis in Buenos Aires. Our experience was fantastic from the hotel itself to the management and staff. The inner treed courtyard is a lovely contrast to the hustle/bustle of the city and the breakfast served in the adjoining breakfast room is very good. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and also retail shops as well as a few currency exchange stores. The public transit is also nearby. The staff are exceptional in making their guests feel welcomed and comfortable. We had the added stress of dealing with a premature departure from Argentina due to the Coronavirus and the hotel staff went above and beyond their duties to make us feel safe and comfortable. Thank you!!! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to travellers to Buenos Aires. I would definitely stay there on a return trip.

My husband and I stayed here for six nights last week. Before booking this property, I made sure to read many of the reviews from people who had previously stayed here. Based on the positive experiences that they shared, I felt confident in booking here during our time in Buenos Aires. I arrived hopeful that our stay here would be memorable and comfortable.

When we arrived, I couldn't help but smile at the inconspicuous wooden front door. The front desk staff seemed excited that we had arrived and the woman who checked us in was very friendly. She provided information about the hotel and some things we might want to do in the city during our time there. She then walked us over to our room.

At first, I was a little worried that the room would feel cramped for us as we're on the tall side. Although the room was small, it was clean and felt very cozy. I really liked the antique look to the furniture. We slept very well during our stay, even though our room faced the street and there is some street noise throughout the night as this is a popular area with nightlife. Also, the bathroom was spacious. I felt like I had plenty of room to move around in there, which is very important to my comfort.

We thought the breakfast dining area was a nice touch, allowing us to interact with some of the other guests there. I enjoyed the coffee, fruit, and bread selections. I thought the grounds of the hotel, especially near the pool, were very well kept, even though we didn't hang out there much because of the heat during the day and mosquitos at night, as we were there during an unusual time when mosquitos were more of a nuisance than usual. I heard from several locals that this was not common and that it was kind of a rare thing for the mosquito problem to be that bad.

On the day of our checkout, our flight wasn't until late that night. The front desk staff eagerly offered to keep our luggage while we went out into the city one last time. They even told us that we were welcome to remain on the property to relax in the public areas anytime during the day.

Overall, I would stay here again. It truly felt like a home away from home, perhaps because the property has that small, intimate feel. I loved the way the front wooden door to the property plopped open slightly every time we tapped our room key, kind of like entering an exclusive and secluded retreat. The staff also add to the experience. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, was eager to help and answer questions, and made us feel like we were special. I could tell that they really cared about our comfort and wanted to make sure that we had a nice stay. They are one of the biggest reasons why this property is special.

Stayed for 5 nights on our first trip to Argentina last month. It's very cool how it has no sign visible from the street, you ring the bell, the concierge (all male, and all incredibly helpful) lets you into a parlor that's a bit ornate, where they operate out of desks in the middle of the room, then you go through another door and emerge out in this surprise: a beautiful but purposely overgrown garden, and go to your room. Our room overlooked the very tasteful pool, from a balcony overgrown with ivy but useable, up a spiral stairway from where they had coffee all the time and a great breakfast in the mornings. The neighborhood was so good, we barely wanted to leave it to explore the rest of Buenos Aires.

My husband and I stayed at L’Hotel Palermo when stopping through Buenos Aires on our way to Patagonia. The hotel had charming rooms and a green courtyard that felt like an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location was perfect — walkable to restaurants, games steak houses, and local attractions like the rose garden. The staff was so friendly and helped us with currency exchange, among other things. Would highly recommend!

Hotel is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods and shopping/eating areas. Hotel staff is very professional and are attentive to guest requests. Their recommendations were well received and all the places that we visited were memorable in a good way! Rooms are in need of a fresh coat of paint and improved closet arrangement and shelving. Old storage cabinet was difficult to open and close so we placed our things on outside top surface. The pool is small and didn't appear well maintained. The area is long overdue for a refreshed landscape. More table and chairs would allow more people to sit out and enjoy nature..Breakfast area was maintained better. For breakfast, there was a selection of cold cut meats, pastries, fruit, tea, coffee and juice. It was a nice treat to get one started for the day!

During the Covid crisis, our hotel was forced to hold us under quarantine for a few days but staff went out of their way to ensure we had every service available, including finding us ice for evening cocktails. Later during the crisis, L’hotel Palermo was forced to close and evict all guests. The hotel management took it upon themselves to find us alternate accommodations and safe transport when govt restrictions made travel increasingly difficult. They showed every kindness and consideration to their guests.

We have stayed in this hotel several times and we are always so looking forward to come back again. This hotel is trully an oasis in this big, busy city. The location is great, close to the main attractions. We were in the garden view room with a large balcony looking out at the garden and pool. Birds were always singing and there was even a very friendly and sweet cat to greet us. The room was of adequate size with amazingly soft linens and very conformable bed. Since we were facing the garden, even with all the music and activity surrounding the hotel, our room was very, very quiet. The breakfast, that is included with the room, provides many choices including delicious freshly Baker medialunas and other pastries. Coffee tea and iced water is available 24 hours.
The hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Jesus helped us to check in and was always very attentive. All the other members of the staff were always very helpful too at all times. We are looking forward to our next visit to this great petite hotel.

L'Hotel Palermo is a lovely oasis in the heart of a bustling and bohemian neighborhood. The grounds and rooms are impeccable, their breakfast is varied and tasty, and the staff is top notch. Everybody - housekeeping, dining, administration, and especially all the guys from reception went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Jose said it best by expressing that their aim is to always make their guests' days better. That they do! I shall return!
