I stayed at the hotel and the hotel and staff were great - also the breakfast. My room was extremely small though ,much smaller than the photos with maximum 1metre all sides of the bed The front desk and breakfast staff were really nice and professional and the location is great! I did however have not a good experience with the manager Pablo M. I had an early flight - pick up from the hotel 02:30 am to EZE and the front desk was so helpful with my check in. Before going out on my last day I wanted to check that all my docs are fine I went into my safe before breakfast to get info to check in and my safe worked - on my return from breakfast my safe combination did not work and it did not open(I know the number as I always use only one number) - that was extremely worrying as it had my passport and cash etc in and I was leaving in the middle of the night and obviously had to have access to the safe- it showed an error code. The staff had to wait for Pablo M (the manager)that arrived about 30min later. She came to my room and opened the safe with a master key as I was concerned and she asked me to leave all my valuables in the office safe ? That is bizarre - then wanted me to take the master key for the day - I didn’t as I cannot walk around Buenos Aires with the hotel safe master key. I locked my valuables in my suitcase On my return my room was not serviced with a letter under my door from the manager ‘We wanted to let you know that because of security matters we are not able to do a service to your room.If you wish ,ask the front desk for it while you are at the hotel’ Really unprofessional of the manager as I returned after a long day in the city to an unserviced room and it was late in the day. I presume she does not trust her staff? I think this was extremely unprofessional as if I did not check my safe and it happened at 2am on my check out the next morning I would’ve missed my flight as everything was in my safe. I left a small bag in safe keeping at the hotel as Im returning to the hotel for one last night and I travel really a lot ,but the manager spoilt a wonderful experience. I do think the hotel, location, all other staff and breakfast are great though. Just a mention

The hotel, room, and food were all fine and as expected. On arrival the front desk was very good at helping us get oriented for our 1st stay in the city. Later when I had a banking issue, "Lana" (spelling?) went over the top on service. She intervened for me and called the bank on my behalf, and the told me the right manner to get it resolved. WOW !! That was a genuine effort in the customer. service department for a personal issue ( nothing wrong at the hotel of course). I highly recommend using this hotel. Good location. Good recommendations for restaurants.....

Rooms were spacious with excellent bedding. The included breakfast was good with lots of variety including fruit and cappuccino. Rooftop pool was really nice at the end of the day. The staff was excellent. Front desk staff were so helpful. Thank you!

I stayed here for 6 nights in November and really enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and helpful and always willing to give recommendations for good restaurants or stores. The location of the hotel is excellent and you can easily walk to many places throughout the center of the city. While the hotel is in the heart of the city I never heard any noise at night and always felt very safe. I returned home walking late several nights without any issues at all. And there is a Carrefour around the corner if you need any drinks or food throughout your stay.

We booked two rooms for six nights. In Buenos Aires, we found many places of interest are widely dispersed, and so the location of hotel is quite important - this one is near the theatre district. The hotel itself is in a shabby side street (albeit a long side street) thus first impressions on location were slightly concerning…that said, a few days in Buenos Aires and it’s quickly apparent that most side streets are shabby/dirty and somewhat ‘unkempt’. Palermo for example is pretty but there’s nothing much there…and the same could be said of Puerto Madero - a handful of decent restaurants and some waterside cafe’s. The staff and in particular Iara and Juan were wonderful and helped with a range of issues including transport, taxis, currency exchange and late checkout. The daily breakfast was fresh but limited in choice woth no fresh eggs … and there’s no bar at the hotel either. I’m not sure what happened to ‘American Tango’ (the hotels former name) but it’s has been subject to refurbishment and is now neither a suites hotel nor a full service hotel. Overall, we had a good stay, the staff are really helpful and the rooms were spotless, large and well appointed. Please note a checkout on foreign debit or credit cards attracts no VAT :-)

I stayed here for 6 nights in November and had a great stay. Location: The location of the hotel is great - right in the middle of downtown, easy walking distance to several of the main areas to visit in BA and an easy taxi journey from the rest. Staff: The staff were excellent, very attentive and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Room: The room was spacious, clean and modern with ample storage for a longer stay. It was very quiet in the evenings and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast: My one suggestion for improvement would be to make the breakfast offering slightly wider - although there was always fresh fruit, juice, coffee etc., there could be slightly more offered in the way of hot food than scrambled eggs. Overall a great hotel for the price and I would stay here again!

The hotel is very well located. It’s very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us with organizing different activities, understand the exchange rate and also supported us with the rest of our trip outside Buenos Aires. Breakfast was also very good. I can highly recommend it and will definitely rebook if we come back to Buenos Aires.

I had a really good stay, and somehow for a mid sized hotel it managed to feel personal. The staff were always really friendly and available - very good shower, and clean and modern. Pool was out of action due to maintenance at time of staying but probably the weather was too cold anyway.

Incredible place! Everything was perfect from the very large free breakfast, nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds, and a great location near everything you would want to see in Buenos Aires. Also, I had a late evening flight and the hotel gave me a late check out until 5:00pm free of charge! Highly recommend this place.
