Ibis Congreso is located in the central area of Buenos Aires, very close to metro stations. The hotel follows other Ibis hotels, with a nice and spacious bedroom, good bed and bathroom, everything very clean. It is also a good value for money.

I never had problems of this kind with IBis BAs. I would ask them for extra towels. Maybe they will charge, who knows what is going on in Argentina???
