Great staff, and location off Florida and next to the pacifica Galleria mall (shopping/dining), safe and heart of BA - 5 mins to the Buquebus terminal at the port. 30-40 mins from airport (Take a black and yellow city cab "radio taxi" from EZE airport, cheapest and safe US$37) Pros: Hotel is essentially a museum to 1970's hotels, which as...

Thanks very much to the always helpful and gracious staff. In the heart of BA, only two blocks form the Big Yellow Bus. In the middle of it all, but not on a crazy street. Right next to the famous Florida street shopping area, two blocks from beautiful San Martin plaza, three blocks from great food on Lavallee, and three...

We stayed 3 nights. The check in was very smooth and fast. The rooms are all recently renovated and are very comfortable. Bathroom could be a big bigger but not too bad. They need to improve their internet and it should be free. The pool on the top floor is beautiful, one nice days they open the glass roof and...

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your review. Regarding your "Visa" comment, I believe the reason why thosecountries have to pay it is because those are the only countries that Argentineans are required to have Visa to visit. In fact, for us to visit the US is much more difficult, time-consuming and expensive. I hope you can understand this...

Though this hotel looks very 70's, and really could do with a facelift (rooms, pool, public areas), the staff are very pleasant and appear to really care. The towels and the pillows in the rooms need replacing with new ones, and the pool upstairs could do with a good clean (maybe the guy who sits at the desk there could...

I usually stay in this Hotel many times, during the year, because I am a Tour Director. That's why I would like to share with you the excellence of service and staff there. All questions have answers and usually to satisfy the client. It is the only Hotel I have stayed that I had never received any complaint from my...

Got a nice upgrade to a junior suite (SPG Plat), room was nice and big and had a decent enough view. Carpet was a little dirty, but otherwise the room was clean. Room service worked well, and I liked that I was able to order a decent dinner + bottle of wine for less than $30 USD. Internet could be...

This is an older hotel, which at first glance may be off-putting, with its 1970s lobby which although spotless, does have a tired look, and its even more dated exterior. In a city where increasingly trendy neighborhoods are popping up all over by the minute, some people may not want to stay in a more old-fashioned are. However the rooms...

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your comments, we really appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback about your recent stay with us. We are well aware of some of the issues you mention. Actually, most of our room bathrooms already have the shower problem solved, some are still pending. It seems you were given a pending...

but unfortunately it is not living up to it according to us. Huge potential because the rooms were very nice and newly refurbished. Sheraton style business hotel rooms with flatscreen TV, spacious bathroom with rainshower, big, comfy bed, etc... Location is very good for the San Martin plaza area, Sant Elmo and Puerto Madeiro. Some of the staff was also...

We stayed here for 5 nights in late sept 2011, upgraded to the club room for the extra $40.00. Well worth it for the free internet, breakfast, water, and snacks. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were very clean on the spot service. Pool was excellent really warm, the hot tub was cold for a hot tub. The areas...

I stayed at the hotel twice in September while in Argentina and found the hotel to be great. Neighbourhood Profile
San Nicolas
Immersed in the sound of honking horns and the footsteps of busy office workers, the Microcentro area of San Nicolás is where visitors will encounter the true hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, walking down streets lined with office buildings and banks. The financial district is well-known for its vibrant atmosphere and unstoppable rhythm during office hours. After dark, the hubbub and migrates to Corrientes Ave., where theatre lovers might start their evening at a play and end it in one of the many traditional pizzerias nearby.
