Exceptional Customer Service! Outstanding help from the day I booked this hotel. The representatives were so kind and helpful. This type of quality is unusual in our service world today. Once again, outstanding, and I highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book or to reach out with your questions.
Count me in as one of those that had an excellent stay at the Park Tower. Checked-in early morning from Salta. Lady at front desk was super sweet and nice. Informed me that Suite wasn't ready but I only had to wait about 30 minutes in the lobby while they did some last minute touches to my room. Arrived at my suite and I love this decor. Very old world European like Hotel Imperial Wien. There was a full bottle of wine waiting for me and some chocolates as a Lifetime Titanium Guest. I also had a personal butler. His name is David. Really super nice guy and so sweet. When I entered my room, he was there with maintenance fixing a very, very minor issue in the bathroom. Didn't even noticed until he told me and to be frank, didn't really care. But because of this really, really slight inconvenience, the next day there was another full bottle of wine from Mendoza with a lovely apology note. Breakast and dinner is served on the 2nd floor. I believe it's called St Regis Restaurant. Service from both breakfast and dinner was very personal AND formal. One person for water, one server for juice, one for coffee, etc. You can also have your eggs made to order. There's also mimosa for breakfast. I used to stay at the Sheraton right beside it at least half a dozen times in the last decade. Really, really night and day in terms of service. All the staffs here at the Park Tower are very polished, polite, and presentable. While Sheraton can be a hit or miss. I don't think they ever said no to any of my requests. My stay was last month, June 2022. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.…
I almost gave it a 4 because of check in, but the rest of the stay was so great, bumped it up to a 5. Check in really could be improved. There are 2 desks, not a main check in, and people kept cutting in line, so it took forever to check in. The hotel is in a great location, about a mile from the cruise terminal, and really close to some good shopping. There is a street close by that has upscale and affordable shops, good for window shopping. Across the street is a clock tower, which is neat to see, and it is down the hill from a park my kids liked. We got on a hop on hop off bus pretty close to the hotel. Room service was really/amazingly good, especially the kids meals. The hotel spoke English, which made it easier. The pool was great, indoor and outdoor, and my kids loved it. The airport was about 45 min away, but still a great location. The rooms were really big, or seemed that way after a cruise ship. We had to get two rooms because really there aren't rooms for families of 4. Kids loved it, and so did we. Breakfast was really good as well. Recommendation is to bring a lot of US dollars and exchange, you get a better rate than your credit card.,…
Spent new years in the hotel. Service was great, the room was spacious, clean and welcoming. Very comfortable bed and pillows, shower had excellent water pressure and the AC kept the room cool and pleasant. The front desk crew was very helpful. The youngest concierge was my favorite, very confident with suggestions and knowledgeable but unfortunately I can’t remember his name. The hotel food was no so great. We had room service one night and even tried the Italian restaurant at the Sheraton, which is connected, did not like it at all. The hotel is walking distance from many trendy and cool cafes and restaurants. My recommendation is to go out and enjoy the town. Make sure to bring currency to exchange at the câmbio house, since they will offer a better exchange rate than your credit card. Don’t stay in room 1715. It is next door to the maids supply room and they start slamming the door early in the morning. There’s no sleeping in!…
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous from the second we walked in. They accommodated a very early check-in and the concierge was very helpful. Wonderful breakfast spread. My only potential qualm is that the decor is what I might call, 'old glamor.' Parts are a bit gaudy and not really my taste, but I still gave the hotel 5 stars because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back!
A very nice hotel in the center of the city. It has a lovely pool , friendly and attentive staff , spacious rooms , concierge is best helpful. The view from the room is out standing . They recommended us a lot of great restaurants. Would definitely go back .
We used to be a frequent guest at Park Tower before it was sold and the COVID-19 pandemic. It was our first time in Buenos Aires after the COVID-19 This hotel used to be a very good reference for us and we used to stay there almost everytime with no regrets. But unfortunatelly, this is not the same hotel that we used to know. Our experience started during check-in that took 20 minutes at 11:00 PM. Our bags took another 45 minutes to get to the room, being delivered after 12:00 AM. The room service was a joke and when we complained it for the third time, the attendent just hung up the phone and did not answer anymore. The window lock was broken and the noise from the train station and the avenue did not allowed us to have a good night of sleep. The window was so dirty that is just discussing (see picture attached). On the next day, when we arrived to the room, we noticed it was not cleaned and we requested housekeeping. After the 3rd time, the house keeper came in with a look that she was doing a favor to clean the room at 5:00 PM. We asked her to change the BED LINEN with the same quality of the other bed and she answered in a very rude way, that she didn't have it and would not do it. We asked what and why and again she said she would not do it. When I spoke to m my wife in Portuguese about the way she was talking to us and her behaviour, then housekeeper said that she speaks Portuguese so she knew what we were speaking!!!. We told her to leave the room and we filled a compaint at the front desk, We left the hotel 4 days before we were supposed to and we never come back!!!!! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!! It is a sinking Titanic and not an Exclusive hotel as they sell it. We were supposed to spend New Years in Buenos Aires that becamse a nightmare!!!!! …
PROS - Committed staff. Yanina, Guest Service Manager, helped prior to my stay; Gustavo, Concierge, assisted with exchanging my money. Friendly Eva checked in every evening; and Victoria, at guest services, provided me with two of her own bandages. Employees were quick to respond via chat on the Bonvoy app - My Suite Nights Award was honored (these can be tough to redeem) - The Bonvoy points redemption for complimentary stays is reasonable - Excellent location. It's close to a cambio, Calle Florida (which was convenient when my luggage got lost and I needed to stock up on stuff), and Retiro station, where trains to San isidro and Tigre are frequent. Recoleta is ten minutes away. I felt comfortable walking to that neighborhood at night - Nice views of Buenos Aires and the sunset from my room and the executive lounge - Comfortable bedding (including a top sheet) and pillows - Quiet room. Dark at night. Clean. Window next to the bed opens. Hot showers - Amenities/special touches: Expresso machine, nuts courtesy of Eva, chocolates, complimentary bottle of wine (Titanium Elite), safe, robes + slippers, all toiletries - Complimentary breakfast for Titanium Elite. Very attentive dining room staff. Good selection - Executive lounge was a nice end to the day: snacks, soda, beer, wine, sunset - Strong WiFi, quick elevators, no lines - Engineering showed withing fifteen minutes when I needed the thermostat adjusted CONS - Thermostat was locked, and then I had to choose between heat or AC - Hotel is showing its age a little, but that didn't detract from the stay…
Very safe location and within short walk to sights in a very upscale neighborhood. Staff is attentive and very pleasant overall. Breakfast on the second floor is excellent and well worth the $12.00 cost if u have to pay. I believe there are about 10 rooms on each floor so it’s almost a boutique feeling. Will stay here again if we ever go back to Argentina.
I enjoyed this nice property with good locations, spacious room and the good view to the Rio de la Plata. Breakfast to I want to mention to the Hostess Ludmila she' awesome like waiter Pepoa always so helpful.
