This hotel is a top address in Buenos Aires with very spacious rooms with nice amenities and an incredibly attentive staff: The reception staff was always very helpful and the service team was amazing. I felt always very safe, COVID wise. Everyone took the measurements really seriously. The view from the hotel is wonderful and breathtaking. Thank you very much for an amazing stay.

A nice hotel with a very nice location. The garden is perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Buenos Aires. Breakfast was nothing to write home about and in general most of the people working in the hotel was not that service minded as expected in a 5 star hotel. This goes especially for the waiters and staff working in the front desk

Not near the city centre; but good if you want to walk westwards - Art gallery, Eva Peron cemetery etc The rooms are large and have all usual fitments, but there is a charge for everything - coffee in the romm machine, even the first bottle of water. Ask for an upper floor room, the road below is noisy 24/7 Staff very helpful eg checkin is strictly 3pm, but they let us change and leave bags there.

We stayed here after a long flight from Australia before heading off very early to the airport again. Our room was part of a tour group booking, and this seemed to be a pretty common thing for this hotel. The room was adequate, but the breakfast was a little too sparse, filter coffee and pastries .
