the hotel is near all good places but the hotel has a bad bedroom using 2 single beds to make a couple bed. My wife and I had problems to sleep well. Air conditioniting system dropping water inside the room. I believe that for Bristol Hotel name to be 4 stars, they need to improve more!!!

This was by far the worst hotel we visited in South America, in the most developed city of all places! The rooms look like hospital wards, sparsely furnished and grubby with no care taken over the decor. As soon as we arrived, we emailed our travel agency pleading with them to get us out of there, which they duly did.... More

We added additional night's stay to our pre tour accommodation but found the hotel to be lacking in soul and character. It is however located in a very central position but as our room faced the avenue it was exceedingly noisy despite the double glazing. Breakfast was adequate but no non dairy alternatives despite our agent notifying the hotel. The... More

We stayed here for one night and that was enough, having stayed in another part of town for four nights. The staff are great. The hotel itself is tired and needs a good update. It is a noisy hotel, but in a great location for the opera and downtown shopping and cafes. Cafe Petit Colon, and Cafe Tortoni are very... More

I would have given this a 4 or 5 if it were listed as a 3 star hotel (which it is). The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. The rooms are very basic and unadorned and mine was kept very clean. In room: Safe Electric outlet for North American plugs Hair dryer Windows that open wide (don't see that too... More

Stayed at this ordinary hotel for two nights as part of a package. Entry is redolent of some former glory but the rooms just stink of some former guests. Breakfast is decidedly average. Annoyed at our early check out when we were charged for two bottles of water but they couldn't even give us a coffee or any breakfast items... More

Location is close to old center of town, shopping etc. Hotel checkin, breakfast and dinner were all good; room was squeezey for 3 of us and hallways somewhat musty. Wifi worked and was free. Enjoyed our stay. Our room overlooked the side road which was a little noisy.

The hotel is located right by the obelisk ("tourist GPS"). It's within walking distance of the Colon Theater, Cathedral, and Pink House, as well as a few other attractions. The room is very basic, but got the job done. Their breakfast is also pretty basic but they had REALLY YUMMY croissants. Had this been the extent of my experience, I... More

Basic, simple hotel. Great location right in the middle of everything. They were able to check us in early which was nice after traveling all day and night. Our room was clean and the breakfast was sufficient. Typical tourist style hotel in a big city. Worked well.
