A lovely hotel well located in this lovely neighbourhood. Of the 10 lovely hotels we stayed in during our trip to Peru, Argentina and Brazil this was amongst our top 2, if not our favourite. We had a lovely and spacious junior studio, which was definitely our favourite room, certainly lay out wise with its sitting area and concealed kitchenette. The high ceilinged glass house restaurant makes for a wonderful dining setting. The breakfast with hot and cold options was very good, albeit the coffee wasn't, but they did offer mate, served traditionally like the locals have it - a very nice alternative. We had a lovely and well priced evening meal in the restaurant too and had we stayed longer than the 4 nights and not so busy a schedule we would have dined there again. There are, however, many other restaurants and steakhouses within walking distance, our pick being Aires Criollos steakhouse which is worth booking. We had a bit of a mix up with an early breakfast for the following day being delivered to the wrong room, but after a conversation with reception fresh was quickly delivered and we take it the complimentary eats and drink sent to our room the following day were by way of apology. We loved how attentive the doormen were at opening the door for you on exit and arrival - a nice little touch not replicated as well at other hotels. Overall highly recommended, somewhere we'd definitely return if we visit BA once more.

Loved this hotel - 6 stars! The staff was amazing, helpful in every way. There is a Dolar Blue money exchange right next door. The location was perfect and in a good location. Our room overlooked the Recoleta Cemetery. An entire block of outdoor restaurants were just around the corner, a mall is across the street, the Hop On Hop Off bus stop is walking distance, the park with Sunday fair is also very close. We arrived at 8:00 a.m., so our room wasn't ready (which we expected), but they have a shower and changing room adjacent to their exercise room that we were able to use. We stayed two nights, then flew to the interior for 12 days of hiking, then returned to this hotel. They kept a piece of non-hiking luggage in storage for us for the 12 days at no cost. We would definitely stay here again.

It does not meet the 5 star category. The service is regular, the doormen are never waiting to open the doors. The lobby is ugly, the armchairs are old. The rooms are comfortable but not excellent. You can hear a lot of noise between rooms and also from nearby bars at night. The internet signal is terrible in some rooms, the signal does not reach. Price too high for the quality of the hotel.
What is very good about it is the location. You can walk to different places from there. It has good restaurants nearby and the cemetery and Recoleta mall next door. Breakfast is good too.

Don't let them side with the cemetery, the view out the window is not very romantic and on weekends you won't be able to sleep from the noise of the clubs on Junin Street. Ask for a room on the quiet side. The food is very good but the room is cold and if you ask for an extra blanket (blanket) they may take it to another guest the next day. If you ask for it back, they may give you some kind of tablecloth. If you complain about the cold, they will offer you a heater... well, these are hotels that must have suffered a lot from the pandemic and have barely survived and it shows. They have a positive intention. The location is good, with many shops, parks and restaurants. The event room we rented worked well, the sound technicians were wonderful, the girl who was our liaison disappeared over the weekend but we managed to survive. I remember the room as old, with an uncomfortable bed. Valentín's kindness at the reception was very pleasant (Julio, on the other hand, was in the wrong profession) and the waiters at the restaurant were very friendly and the food was great, served in a wonderful space. So my opinion is 50-50

The garden setting of the climate-controlled dining room is beautiful and comfortable. The selections at breakfast were delicious! This hotel is right next to the famous Recoleta Cemetery with its majestic statues and mausoleums that include the grave of Evita Peron. Within walking distance of this hotel, there are several casual restaurants with extensive (and inexpensive) menus and a very nice city park.

Well located hotel but not sure why it is a 5 star. The hotel has an inaccessible swimming..you have to take lift down two floors below ground floor walk along a very long corridor and then up some stairs. It is a ridiculous trek and very off putting.
Rooms are large and well appointed but bathrooms and furniture look a little tired.
Basic toiletries no slippers robes or face flannels.
Breakfast was fairly good bit not as good as at other breakfasts we have had at other hotels in Buenos Aires.

The hotel is in a great location right next to the famous cemetery across from the Recoleta shopping centre and with many cafes and restaurants close by.
The room was an ok size but on the older side. We faced the front so you could hear some traffic during the night. The bed was comfortable although we found the cushions weren’t. The room had a mini fridge, sink, in room safe, desk, small table and chairs. 2 bottles of water were provided on arrival. Bathroom was compact but serviceable. The TV had lots of channels but none in English. You could log into your subscription service through the TV though. Wifi was initially poor but it was fixed and worked well. Breakfast selection was ok but nothing outstanding.

The place is fantastic, central, spacious rooms and a reasonable price. Problems: a lot of noise inside the hotel, passengers, maids, all day. It is not possible for a 5-star hotel not to have a secure internet service, it is the first hotel I know of with those characteristics. Those days in Bsas it was very hot, the rooms did not have individual air conditioning.

This is a great location, near a popular area of Buenos Aries. The check in was simple, the room was large with three beds. The bathroom was also large, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was a nice selection, including fresh fruit, cereals, meet & cheese or sweet treats. The water for the tea bags wasn’t hot enough so the tea was a bit tepid. The hotel had free wifi throughout and it was a strong connection. There was a USB charge point as well as one plug socket which accepted a few different options.

You can ask the hotel to arrange for a private city tour but in my case, I used an American Express company by the name of Universal Travel and they arranged the tours for me. I've used them several times and find Fernanda to be an excellent travel agent. If you are interested contact them at 954-252- 5000 or 800-666-0026 and ask for Fernanda Bosero. Hope you enjoy your travels.
