Hotel rooms are tired and delapidated although large. No English speaking TV channel and Wi Fi weak or at times non existent. My room had a balcony but no view. Breakfast is fine and location is in a safe area. Could do with an update.
The staff were very accommodating and helpful at this hotel. But the rooms are dated and the hotel is in need of work - carpet stained and ripped in room. No plugs in bath or hand-basin - had to ask. Large rooms but only double...More
The rooms facing to the front have an amazing view. The higher they are, the most you can see: the city, the park, even the river!. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The rooms are so big that they seem apartments, specially the ones on the...More
This hotel is not a good choice, outdated rooms, unfriendly staff wanted to charge us for borrowing their wine bottle opener as we wanted to open a bottle in our room??!! Good location though, but nothing else.
Our room was smelly, carpets were moldy and so badly stained, tiles in bathroom were chipped, towels were torn. It was a high climb over the old fashioned chipped bathtub to reach the shower, both the taps in bathroom were dripping making loud noise disturbing...More

Characterised by the French-style mansions which are the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the true “Paris of the South.” Walking around this neighbourhood is an experience like no other in Buenos Aires: its streets are lined with elegant apartment buildings, exclusive boutiques, and former mansions turned into high-end hotels and embassies, which exude an alluring air of sophistication and class. You'll
also find a rich cultural scene centred on the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Library, and the Recoleta Cultural Center; as well as some great shopping spots, like the Buenos Aires Design Mall with an artists' fair set up in Plaza Francia every weekend.

I would suggest you take a cab to the hotel. When you arrive at EZE you can go to a taxi company stand located at arrival area and give the address of the hotel and they'll give you the price. It'll cost around U$ 40-45. Otherwise, for a more economic option, you can take a shuttle to Puerto Madero and from there go to the airport by cab, which will be much cheaper. Have a wonderful trip and enjoy the city!
