This is a beautiful, clean and friendly hotel. We had a delux room and it was very big and we'll equipped. The attached restaurant Rietti is also great, with good food and sincerely friendly waiters. Other staff at the front desk were terrific too, providing good advice for visiting the area and helping out when needed. Facundo and Alejandro in...

Very helpful and friendly staff! The room was very comfortable - on the 4th floor we had a balcony, which was wonderful. Good breakfast. A few small fixes needed in the room were minor and didn't affect our visit. Overall, the hotel is very modern, clean, comfortable, and superbly located.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in November of 2015. The Staff is fantastic and the restaurant has the best miedalunas in Buenos Aires. You're close to some great parrillas and a ton of nightlife. You're also not more than a 100peso (~$10) cab ride to the southern most neighborhoods of BA. The rooms are clean and incredibly...

Well located, clean, good reception staff. A safe choice of basic hotel but very average. Had a pleasant short stay with friends but I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for any form of luxury. Some parts of the hotel were a little bit tired, namely the pool area and towels (a bit grey and hard rather than soft and fluffy)....

This is my second stay here at this hotel. The first was in July 2014 and I gave a very good review. I recently returned for another business trip, this time for 3 weeks and the experience was far from the first visit. To start with my previous comments on most of the staff remain. Several of the receptionists are...

Very good location for the most interesting area of BA, but can be a long cab ride to the other areas in heavy traffic. Pleasant, modest rooms, clean. But the staff made the difference - everyone was excellent, especially Florencia. The restaurant might be independennt, and was just ok and a little price for the quality.

You can't ask for a better location. It is located in the most energetic part of Buenos Aires (Palermo); if you are young and enjoy the nightlife this will be perfect for you. The staff was always helpful and they were always trying to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We can sincerely say that their hospitality was one...

This hotel is in the Palermo Soho district and was a great location. The hotel was very nice and very clean. The staff was wonderful. They were extremely helpful in acclimating us to the area. They helped us make arrangements, recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They even helped my husband contact a former co-worker who lives in Buenos...

I stayed here based on the reviews on TA. Sorry I did. This hotel is more like a low end Radisson then a boutique hotel. Think Ikea furniture and hard bed. Also pillows that are way too firm. They do have a lovely large balcony. Definitely that's the best thing about the room. Also the property is not kept up....

I stayed in this hotel for about 2 weeks in my business trip to Buenos Aires. The hotel is very well located. You can access multiple restaurants, cafes and bars by walking few blocks. Palermo Hollywood with even more restaurants and bars is only 8 blocks away. It is also like 5 blocks away from metro station that will take...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
