The bathrooms were awful. Always wet and dirty. Atmosphere of the place wasn't great either - I felt like I was intruding by being there. There's better places to stay in Buenos Aires. Recoleta is also in an awkward position in BA - stay in...More
A lot more reviews are needed for this hostel. One or two a year, what gives? This is a very busy place and it is true that it attracts many people from Argentina, Chile and Brazil ....and it has a music orientated cliental that seems...More
I didn't have a good experience at this hostel, but to be fair some of this reflected the other people staying rather than the hostel itself. I only stayed 1 of the 4 nights I had booked because of this. It is mostly Spanish speaking...More
All the services are good, since breakfast (best i`ve seen in a hostel), wifi, showering... Hostels can often break simple promises as hot water bath, but in Voyage, I didnt have one single problem.

Characterised by the French-style mansions which are the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the true “Paris of the South.” Walking around this neighbourhood is an experience like no other in Buenos Aires: its streets are lined with elegant apartment buildings, exclusive boutiques, and former mansions turned into high-end hotels and embassies, which exude an alluring air of sophistication and class. You'll
also find a rich cultural scene centred on the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Library, and the Recoleta Cultural Center; as well as some great shopping spots, like the Buenos Aires Design Mall with an artists' fair set up in Plaza Francia every weekend.
