We were rather taken aback when we were dropped off at the hotel which had no frontage just a small sign and a doorbell to reception. The hotel is tired and needs a lot of work. The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly. Our room facing the street was above the pool bar which operated until 5.30 am so not...

The hotel has no frontage, just a massive steel door, a dirty red awning above it, a small logo to one side on the grubby wall, and a door bell/speaker. On one side of the doorway is a pool bar that is open 24 hours a day and attracts some doubtful types. When through the Fort Knox door one is...

Very helpfull, english speaking and friendly staff. They helped us to book Uruguay trip and Tango show. Breakfast was OK for what you expect in soth america. Room was spacious with TV, air con, safe, Wifi and hot water, but without a window. Investment in new towels would be a good idea.

Central location, spacious rooms, friendly receptionists: This hotel could be a lovely place. But it nothing works well here. The Internet is on-off all of the time and as predictable as the Argentinian government. Once even the door bell did not work so I had to wait in front of the hotel for some time. When I arrived, they gave...

We stayed in the hotel on two different visits to BA. The first on the top floor in the room with no windows. The bed was extremely comfortable, with a good size room and bathroom. Overall, comfortable stay. The second we stayed on the first floor with a window. The room was fresher and the bed as very comfortable. They...

Upon walking in, you are hit with the smell of mustiness. Probably just the old carpet, but not pleasant. The room also smelled old, but you could open the windows and get fresh air in. The staff was very nice and helpful. And the place has the look of an old grand home that was long ago chopped into a...

This little hotel is hidden away on one of the major avenues in Buenos Aires. To access the hotel you a required to be buzzed in by the staff and this is also required to exit the hotel, thus the security is very tight. Once in the hotel you are warmly greeted by the staff who are happy to assist...

I went on a family break to Buenos Aires in April13. We booked 6 out of the 8 rooms and had the hotel for ourselves. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean, beds are great and bedding clean. The safes didn't work, in any of our 6 rooms, and the bathrooms were very small....

Nice little hotel in the center of Buenos Aires. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, comfortable bed, nice clean sheets. But: Except the suites, all other rooms practically have no windows you can open, but a vitreous window on the ceiling! Bathrooms are very small and there is not enough space for your legs if you sit to the toilet. No lift...
