Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. I let them know in advance I was arriving at 8am. We waited in the cafe area with a nice coffee for about 30 minutes and then our room was ready. So we lucked out that it was available.
