It has been a wonderful stay for me here. I was helped in numerous regards and given great recommendations. The location in the centre of Palermo is excellent. The rooms are clean, basic and offer all you need (blow dryer, wifi, TV, A/C...).

I've stayed here numerous times and it is still a favorite of mine most of all because of the location. New management has taken over and main changes are reception no longer open 24 hours and no free breakfast. Staff is very friendly when they are there.

Our stay at the Republica Palermo was, all in all, very nice. Especially the reception personnel was always nice and helpful. The only two things we did not quite like: 1. The reception is not open for 24 hours a day. 2. Even though we booked two rooms of the same category for the same price, the rooms were by...

We stayed here over new years eve for a couple of days - located in a very hipp area, the accommodation was nice, stuff was helpful and friendly and we didn't miss anything! The very courteous cleaning lady even managed to get back my forgotten electric toothbrush! Thx again.

located in one of the main trendy barrios of Buenos Aires, it is close to restaurants, cafes and subway system; from there we could move easily and safely to anywhere in the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was our home outside home. We had access to kitchen facilities.

Overall the Republica Palmero is a great option to stay for relatively cheap in the Palmero Soho region of Buenos Aires. Agustin at the front desk is extreme helpful and even emailed me the day before asking for flight information and on how the best way to get to the hotel is. Everyone else working was extremely nice and friendly....

República Palermo is a small hotel located in the best area in Buenos Aires for going out, hanging out in a cafe, eating out and for shopping. Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
