Our first hotel in Buenos Aires which was very friendly with excellent staff who couldn't do enough to help plus their English was excellent. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Slight minus points, bathroom is very small and would be much better if they hadn't crammed in a bidet, quite thin walls so...

The hotel was small and cozy, the location is terrific. Our room was clean and bright. If you want a small, intimate place to stay, I'd recommend it. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. nice breakfast, friendly staff. pool is small and looks like no one has been in it in a decade.

This hotel has lots of things going for it. Top of the list is its fantastically friendly young staff. They were just so welcoming and helpful it made our introduction to a new country, and new continent just so easy. Next comes the location, its in such a great area of Buenos Aires. Full of a great variety of restaurants,...

It's a great place to stay - in the heart of Palermo. Plenty of boutiques and places to eat. The staff were fantastic - nothing was too difficult to organise. Arranged our city tours with a great tour group. Room was spaciuos and clean.

My partner and I chose this hotel for our three night post cruise visit to Beunos Aires both for its location in trendy Palermo Soho ( the famous Recoleta is lovely but a tad antiseptic) and the unanimous rave reviews particularly when it comes to the superb customer service punch the hotel's staff and management consistently deliver. No kidding !!!...

I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay in this hotel, it was absolutely perfect! The service was exceptional, and my whole expectation was overcome by the staff preoccupation with providing a great experience. I don't have an idea of who owns the hotel but they are doing a great job!

My husband and I stayed at the Mine Boutique Hotel in Buenos Aires for one night. The staff could not have been more helpful. They arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel, and also booked us a fantastic restaurant for diner. Breakfast was sensational. Made-to-order omelettes and wonderful breads and pastries were available in the morning. The rooms are...

We just spent 2 nights at this very nice small hotel, with our world-savvy daughter. She, as we, loved it. It was all as nice as 5 years ago, ideally situated in a great B A eating and shopping neighborhood. Very friendly and efficient front desk personnel, eager and able to help. Breakfast is good if not great. but not...

A very pleasant, eager staff. Nice location with many nice restaurants near by. Staff was quite nice and did much to arrange simple things. Room is a little small but it is a boutique. I would be happy to come back.

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
