Spent 3 night on business in May. The hotel is well located, close enough to the city center and near some more touristy attractions too.
Staff was always attentive and helpful. The lady working the breakfast area was particularly accomodating and always displaying a very pleasant mood.
The hotel seems a bit old, but room and bathroom facilities were clean and good enough.
I would probably stay there again if ack on business.

Very dated hotel. Public areas look unappealing. Room was very large, but dated. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning units looked to date from the 1980s, and were noisy and doubtful if they were cooling the air at all. Minibar fridge in bedroom ancient and noisy. I had several sliding doors on to balcony, none of which had catches to keep them closed let alone security locks - which even though I was on a high floor was a security concern. My particular room had other noisy plant and equipment nearby - possibly extractor fans and elevator shafts, some of which whirred back into life at 0545am. Slept well until then. There was no plug in the bath, so had to have shower, which smelt damp and musty. Room was cheap, which perhaps tells you something (but didn’t seem to be below “market”) . Would look elsewhere next time.

The location of this hotel was unbeatable!!! We were just a few steps from the Historic centre, Barrio Guemes, Barrio Nueva Córdoba, Patio Olmos shopping centre, shops, bars and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and we had a great stay. It´s highly recommended.

Currently here now and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. Extremely old and our room was dirty, we found little bugs on the first day and that should have been our sign to get out of here. They came and sprayed the room, they were going to switch us but sprayed a lot in the other suite as well. We were tired and our toddler needed to nap.
Today I found cockroaches, needless to say I’m not sleeping tonight. I can’t wait to leave in the morning.
The staff is nice but do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel.

Very satisfied with the hotel, the facilities of the place were of very good quality, we received a very friendly treatment from its staff. The hotel above the city center so we had everything on hand to tour on foot. I hope to be back soon.

I am writing this review from the Hotel Urbano, last night there was no water pressure at all from after midnight until about 8 AM in the morning!. I called in the evening and was told the maintence repairman would be back at 7 AM!. How can a supposed 4 star hotel not have water pressure for 1/2 the day, this is something that should have been fixed immediately. The 4 star rating is also a joke this is a 2 star hotel at its best, still has the old tube type TV, air conditioner that doesn't work, even after complaining twice. After I complained I asked for a discounted rate for another night since I decided to stay another night and as bad as this hotel is I dont feel like changing rooms for 1 night, the "special"discounted rate I was quoted was about $20 more than several web-sites. I decided to book the Sheraton instead. Stay away from this third world hotel you would be better off at a hostel than at the NH Urbano!

A very nice hotel. We loved it! It is clean with a nice modern bath and walk in closet. We had a separate living room with couch, chair and desk. Also a large balcony over looking the city.
The location is good, with the main plaza and good shopping, restaurants and parks within easy walking distance. Just bring your street map provided by the desk. The day clerk understood English and went out of his way to arrange some very nice tours for us. The night staff didn't seem to speak English while we were there.
There is a nice pool on the roof, which we didn't use.
The breakfast could be a little more extensive, but was adequate. They didn't have the cheese and meat platters most Argentine hotels offer.
Make sure your taxi driver doesn't drop you off at the NH Panorama, a block away. Ours started to. Same chain but more expensive.
I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I booked this hotel for a short business trip. The location is very good and, if you wish to do a little sightseeing, is close to Cordoba's historical city center. There is also a mall nearby, with ATM and cinemas. I got a big room, very clean with a large closet. The furniture was a little run down. There were no phone directory or hotel guide except for the room service menu. I tried to get some service over the phone to no avail: room service just would not answer! After making quite a few calls (I was in fact trying to get the number for front desk), I got a person from the NH sister property nearby on the line, who kindly gave me the extension number for my own NH front desk. Another issue is the terribly slow Wi-Fi connection: it can take ages to check the e-mails! The room had an ancient flatscreen TV, something you would not expect to see these days. The mini-bar selection was quite poor, as were the bathroom amenities. The bathroom's ceiling painting needed attention and, although there was a bath, it was not possible to use it. The A/C was also ancient, very noisy and not much effective in cooling. Front desk staff were helpful. I did not have breakfast for I left very early, so I cannot comment on that. The price was fine, but then I got a good deal through Booking.

We have a special deal whit a parking one block and a half from the hotel, that you can pay directly at the hotel, because we don´t have parking at the hotel building, we are in downtown and don´t have space for the parking, just have 2 parking for arriving guest and leaving guest from the hotel máximum 10 minutes in the front door of the hotel per car.
