The hotel is very well located in the heart of Nueva Cordoba. You can walk pretty much everywhere. It is a lively area so there will be noise at night. We had a very pleasant stay. Our room was very clean and spacious. It felt like an apartment. The shower pressure is amazing. Staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast is included with the rate and is very complete. The rooftop pool has beautiful city views. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to stay at my city of Buenos Aires. The price is reasonable. Great breakfast. Parking spot. Warm recommendations to all single travelers, and those with family. Nice lobby and bar with great bartenders.

The boutique hotel just opened last month. Having stayed in other hotels in Cordoba, I can confidently say this is the best choice. It's extremely well located to downtown attractions, shopping and restaurants. Our family stayed in two suites which were stylish, modern and large with great views. There are also connecting rooms to accommodate families. Bathrooms were large; just wished that they provided washcloths and a box of facial tissue. Front desk staff was attentive; most spoke English. The complimentary breakfast buffet is adequate, but for the price of the room, the hotel should add just hot options.

As most people in Argentina, we were caught off guard by Covid-19. Us 4 Americans were in the country the day the President of Argentina announced that all Americans had 3 days to depart the country. We heard this news at the airport from our hunting guides at David Denies. Our guides highly recommended this hotel to us for an overnight stay since our flights could only happen the next day. They called the hotel to let them know they had 4 Americans looking for rooms overnight. The hotel said they could accommodate us. We drove to the hotel to check in. While waiting to check in at the hotel, a group of people who worked at the hotel summoned a security guard and conferenced off to the side. They then rudely asked us to leave the hotel, even after they had begun the check in process. One nice gal at the counter repeated apologized to us for the way security and the manager were treating us. Needless to say, we will not darken the door of this hotel in any of our travels again. We have also strongly urged the David Denies organization to reconsider recommending this hotel for their guests in the future. Its times like this that we realize who are true partners are! The Raddison quickly accommodated us and reassured us that most hotels and the people of Argentina are not like our experience at the Y111 Hotel.

In Argentina, the law to not charge the 21% IVA/VAT tax to foreigners paying with a foreign credit card went into effect January 2, 2017. We stayed at the 111 Yrigoyen from Jan 22-26 and upon checkout, we were told they would not waive the tax as they claim they have a grace period until March. This was news to us as the IVA was waived at all of our prior hotels in January. Then that same day we flew to Mendoza and our new hotel already had our pre-paid receipt ready for us with the IVA charge removed. They were surprised that we were told there was a March grace period as according to their hotel manager the law is currently in effect. It appears that Yrigoyen is out of step with others in the Argentine hotel industry. Note: Yrigoyen did give us a discount on food services as a way to address the issue, after we spent considerable time disputing the tax.

This is a moden hotel, where the rooms are quite large, bathroom has large shower with excellent water pressure, and the heating system is the most quiet I have had in a standard business hotel. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and spoke excellent English. This hotel is on a major avenue, and the historic center is literally less than 5 minutes walk (you walk out turn right and then go about 350 years). Do be aware that the historic area is now trendy, and on a Friday and Saturday evening does attract late evening crowds. (You might pack ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.)
The only negative for English speakers is that there were no cable TV channels in English. The only other negative I can think of is that the bathroom has no shaving/makeup mirror and the lighting is that high efficiency type which is really harsh, thus making it almost impossible to apply makeup in the bathroom.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It's beautiful, clean and friendly staff. If you are visiting Cordoba, I highly recommend staying here. The rooms are very spacious by American standards and quiet. The beds are comfortable and there is a lot to do within walking distance.

The roof top patio has beautiful views of the city and definitely watch the sunset.

First - Córdoba is not very impressive. It's dirty and seems very poorly cared for. The public parks have little to no grass in them and everything seems run down. The Y111 at first glance seemed a nice reprieve from the unkempt city but after a while, we realized it was not so great after all. The lobby is nice and the staircase leading up to the restaurant is impressive. We went to the top floor where the pool and sun deck is and we're very disappointed. You get a birds eye view of the graffiti and the untidy buildings that surround the Y111. The gym is pitiful and is not worthy of even being called a gym. I think there were 3 sets of dumb bells......... when we walked into our room we were smacked in the face by the stench of body odor. Given that my Spanish is pitiful, I decided to deal with it and we opened up the window and went for a walk over to the mall nearby. I expected the odor to subside by the time we returned, but it didn't. It was late and we just turned the AC on high and went to sleep (we were tired having just done the red eye from Atlanta). The Y111 is highly rated and I guess it's the nicest in town - which sort of says something about Córdoba itself. Probably won't return.

We just spent 3 nights at Y111 Hotel and recommend it HIGHLY. It has location (we walked everywhere), a friendly & helpful staff, terrific breakfast and beautiful rooms.

The rooftop pool was closed.......but we really should have gone upstairs for the VIEW. Didn't have time to use the gym.

Only 2 negatives: the hot items on the breakfast buffet always looked like they were leftover from the day before. Very unappetizing eggs and tiny sausages. Don't even put them out! This was made up for with LOTS of fruit, breads, ham, cheese and yogurt.

The other negative could be a safety issue: while the bathroom was new, modern and gorgeous , the use of glass walls and shiny tile is an accident waiting to happen. We were just super careful.

We arrived EARLY AM and our room was ready.

A dinner we had at SIBARIS in the Windsor Hotel was terrific. And we took in a performance at the TEATRO down the street of the Berliner Cammerata. Guess where they were staying....the Y111.

We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were in Cordoba for two nights and were originally staying at the Sheraton however we That trip short and moved to the Y111 one hotel. It's a very new beautifully built hotel using an old facade with a modern tower behind it. Service is very very good. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. You can pay in cash to get the better exchange rate obviously. The hotel has a cool swimming pool on the top roof with great views over the city and the mountains in the distance. It's also really close to the fun areas to go out. I thoroughly recommend it.
