We stayed two nights in Iguazu. Hotel Jardin de Iguazu greeted us with free welcome drinks, which was a very nice touch in hot Iguazu. The hotel is well located near the bus terminal, shops and restaurant. It has an attractive central pool which was enjoyed by many guests. Our room was clean and functional, but it is quite dated...

Hi, very good afternoon, thank you very much for the comments, they are very well written and have a touch of acidity, I think it may be a product of bad night and its consequences, but I will try to explain: you are right, we have no elevator, but the Hotel has ground floor and first floor, nothing more, you...

Puerto Iguazu, like most towns and cities in Argentina, is very run down. Maybe they've never been run up. The pavements are filled with potholes, roads are narrow and potholed, shops are a bit dingy and uncared for. However the Jardin seems far away from that. The rooms are airy and comfortable; very clean; beds comfortable. The staff are especially...

Dear, very good afternoon, thank you very much for the comments, they are simply accurate, precise and very well written, congratulations. Few people have the ability to recognize mistakes, I do, I always do, when a person recognizes their mistakes, immediately the error is reduced. It can be said that air conditioning should have a more frequent maintenance, but it...

We stayed at Hotel Jardin de Iguazu at the end of January and we really pleased with the whole experience. The staff were first rate, always willing to help, giving directions etc. The wi if reception was one of the best we experienced in South America , the breakfast good, with lots of fresh fruit and pastries and the rooms...

Hello, very good morning, thank you very much for the comments, I loved it !! Well, we always try to provide all the necessary information for our guests, most of them are foreigners, they are coming for the first time to visit the Iguazu Falls and we must work for them to return happy, they want to recommend and maybe,...

Hotel was in a great location, super close to the main town area with lots of restaurants and conveniences. The bus station was a few minutes walk where you can easily catch a cheap bus to the falls (Argentina or Brazil side). The hotel was ok, rooms fairly nice however not the cleanest. The pillows and beds were not as...

Dear, very good afternoon, thank you very much for the comments, although it is true that it is not the best criticism we can have, I must say that it is a pity that you return with this opinion, that now, it is of no use for you and for Us, but I will try to explain myself. The beds,...

This hotel is well located near to the city center. It is a good place to rest after a tiring day at the falls. The hotel was s clean, the breakfast is ok, the rooms are good but the hotel itself misses some soul.

I'm so glad we picked this hotel. The location was perfect, close restaurants, stores, and buses to catch to the falls all in walking distance. The setting was lovely, room clean. I would highly recommend this!

Hello, very good afternoon, thank you very much for the comments, they are excellent, but also, with very few words, it describes the most important thing that a traveler may need to find in a hotel, congratulations !!! Many times, it is not necessary a hotel of 7 stars or more to be well to your taste, simply that it...

Being in a small town like Puerto Iguazu, I wasn't expecting a really nice hotel for my stay as I visited the Falls. But, I was pleasantly surprised. It is by no means a luxury hotel, but it is a very nice tropical bungalow style hotel. The rooms were standard hotel size and the bathroom had a nice rain shower...

Dear, very good afternoon, thank you very much for the comments, they are very good and very accurate, typical of someone who knows the details very well. No, it's not a luxury hotel, no, no, I think we're a long way from it, but you say it very well, it's standard, with good bathrooms, the hot and cold shower works...

Really dull hotel resembling a motel in country NSW. Wish we had spent a bit more and stayed somewhere nicer. Iguazu is really hot so a bigger poool would have been nice. The rooms have no windows. The town of Iguazu is pretty ordinary so there is not much to recommend staying close to town.

Hi, very good afternoon, thank you very much for the comments, they are not of the good that we accustomed to receive, but I must accept them, although I do not understand well of the boring hotel, this should not be attributed to the hotel, it depends on the people. The hotel is very well located. İt is five minutes walk to the train station and to the restaurants and cafes around. The pool is small but charming. The rooms are not very big but they are clean. The staff are friendly.
