The Hotel Jardin de Iguazu is very conveniently located in the centre of Puerto Iguazu, near restaurants and the bus station. The rooms are pretty standard, but it's kept very clean and there's AC in each room. There's a small pool for cooling off in on hot days (and they can get hot and sticky in Iguazu!). The staff were...

BETOBRUSA, Gerente at Hotel Jardin de Iguazu, responded to this review

Thank you very much for your comments, indeed, international travel required to speak English and we are studying that language .- For the next time you visit us, our English will be perfect, yet we are grateful for his words and delighted that they have good stadiums .- Roberto .-

While the neighborhood may look a bit sketchy as a first impression, we felt very safe walking around at night. The hotel is centrally located between the areas with the fancy restaurants and the bars. Two blocks away is the main bus terminal where you catch the El Practico bus to Cataratas (the falls) - only 15 pesos each for...

Thank you very much for your comments, it is true, Iguazu is a very quiet, you can walk at night with no problems, with respect to the beds, you may seem hard because they are so new, we have made an effort to buy the best quality beds, sheets and towels .- Once again, thank you very much for the...

This is a laid-back hotel, nice service, everything in good shape as it is newly constructed, nothing fancy, friendly service and one drink per day included.

Had a wonderful stay at the Jardin De Iguazu hotel on our trip to Iguazu Falls (do. not. miss. this.) Roberto, the manager, could not have been more awesome/charming. He's learning English, and will go out of his way to answer your questions and accommodate any request you might have. That includes how to get to the falls, booking a...

My daughter, a friend and I shared a triple room for three evenings at Hotel Jardin and despite the close quarters, we had a wonderful stay. Although the room was not very large, we were very comfortable and the large bathroom and outdoor lounge and pool area gave us more than enough space to spread out and enjoy a cocktail,...

This is a lovely hotel and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.  It is located within a few minutes walk of the town centre of Iguazu and close to restaurants and the bank ( for the cash machine/ ATM).  The town of Iguazu is approximately 27 km from the airport and the national park within which is located the waterfalls. Taxi fare to the hotel was 100 Arg. pesos.  We booked the "superior" room which was well-sized, highly comfortable, spotlessly clean and air-conditioned. It also had a fixed security box in one of the cabinets which was very useful.  The Manager and staff were most courteous and helpful. One of the receptionists spoke good English which was an advantage.   The buffet breakfast, which was included, was basic and adequate.    Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in terms if value for money would be hard to beat.

The service of the hotel is just superb, with the manager Don Roberto attentive of his guests from start to finish. Roberto bends over backward to help - 1st class customer care. The evening service of complimentary rum & lime was a nice touch after a day visiting the falls, or simply being made welcome. Rooms are perhaps a little...

This was good. There is a double and single bed in the room so not much other space, but there are seats outside in a courtyard and round a smallish pool. Free safe in the room - needs to be reset. Basic English spoken. The owner was absolutely fine (some other reviewers had found him tetchy and awkward). Breakfast is continental...

We decided to stay on the Argentinian side of the falls as we'd heard it was both cheaper and safer than the Brazilian side. We weren't at all disappointed with our choice. Whilst the town itself is pretty rural, our hotel was absolutely fantastic. I can't say enough about the helpful staff and the beautiful surroundings. There was no safety...

First of all, Iguazu Falls is the most spectacular place I have ever seen and the Argentina side is much better than Brazil. This hotel is small and sweet and comfortable. Location is nice in downtown rather than on the highway like many other hotels. Very close to the bus station. Breakfast is pretty good. There is free wi-fi. Rooms...
