We booked our stay 2 months prior of our trip, so we avoid any surprises.

1 day before our trip, we receive an email from Booking.com to update the credit card details as the property was not able to charge the card. My husband, 100% sure that the card has no issues, as he is a

Great trouble understanding some of the reviews for this hotel
Huge rooms with very little furniture
In semi jungle but sadly no wildlife
Far too far from anywhere leaving one reliant on transfer services at considerable cost
Towells were threadbare and well past serviceable

We were booked in here by our tour company Caracol for three nights while we visited Iguazu National Park. We were met at the desk at the hotel by a friendly clerk who spoke better English than my Spanish. No other staff with the exception of the dinner wait staff speak any Engl

This was sold to me as a 4 Star but it is not. It is a solid 3 but no more. The rooms are sparce but adequate. They are not at all luxurious or even well decorated. You are in the jungle a $6 cab ride from town. You have to lather up with deet to keep the bugs from carrying you

The structure is big and potentially charming due to its position in the middle of the forest. However, it is dispersive, cold, dark and damp. It seems it has been left to itself. The lobby people does not speak English nor any other language than spanish and seems always disttac

How is the access to this hotel? We booked a room for the beginning of September, we’re going to rent a car, but I wanna make sure we don’t need a jeep to get to the hotel 😁 I saw a picture on their website with a muddy road and I panicked. The car we’ve rented would not make it.
HI When we stayed at Village Cataratas the road was tarmac all the way from the main road way past the entrance to the Hotel, the car park may well get very muddy.
