6 months travelling, this was the absolute worst hostel we stayed in and we stayed in some bad places! Our room had no light, no pillows, it was totally filthy and there were a lot of bugs. Asked for pillows but they said they had no more. Do not trust the photos!!! The food from dinner menu was disgusting. They... More

Great facilities and hostel itself. Shame the pool was being serviced when i was there but the assistance and advice about visiting both sides of the falls was perfect. The lift share system really help with money and the common room was really comfortable. Similarly for the room, it was quiet and spacious.

I stayed here for 2 nights and the hostel had nothing except the beautiful pool but I could not swim because it was winter. The room was grimy. The first night the water was not warm enough for me to take a shower. The room was cold and there was no heater in the room. Breakfast was the worst ever.... More

Staff is friendly and helpful. But breakfast is really really disappointing.. Coffee tasteless, no juice, just few slices of orange as fruit.. Kitchen is not available for the guest !! We had a private room which was good, comfy.. Only problem, no heating so we had to ask for one and it was the only one available.. Could be better.

We arrived to the hostel at 1am in the morning. As we are trying to check in they are having karaoke in the lounge/reception/dinner area, this is fine however you have to scream to the person it is so loud and only 4 people participating. This is not just a couple nights a week it is every night music is... More

This is only for the restaurant.. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich which is supposed to be served with lots of fresh vegetables... I only got cheese, tomatoes and salad on a super dry huge white bread for 60 pesos.. I know it's not loads of money, but this was really bad! The bread tasted really old. If you decides to... More

We did voluntary work for 1 month in this hostel. It is a nice place with a nice breakfast, however it has so many rooms that it almost becomes too big to meet new people. It is located 5 kilometers out of the center and the women who work in the kitchen are rude. The swimming pool is the big... More

I stayed here for 2 days and can safely say that in 5 months of backpacking, it's the worst hostel I've stayed in. There were constant power cuts, only cold water, broken wifi, the dorms open to anyone passing by on the road, the breakfast was atrocious and covered in flies, the staff act like they don't care and I... If you like super loud music and unhelpful/rude staff feel you are more than welcome to stay at this hostel. I just have the feeling they are about to close! Nothing else. When you order the food at the reception, you have to bring over the paper to the chief then bring over again your own dishes to the table... More

We enjoyed the big nice pool. We booked a 4-bed-dorm that we had for our own. AC was working, but a but loud. Breakfast was a bit too simple but worked. WiFi in the main area not at the rooms. Very cheap!
